<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Moo2K4:</div><div class="quote_post">Well, can't access the article. Sucks. But, nonetheless, I still don't understand why they need him. They already have a ton of people at the shooting guard spot and he just adds another one. But, who knows, Thomas has done a ton of deals thus far and most have turned out good. Maybe this will turn out good. All I know, Knicks are gonna have a lot of minutes to juggle with at the sg spot next year.</div>
Very true. If Crawford is signed, the Knicks have Marbury, Houston, Norris, Williams, Hardaway, Crawford and Anderson to play the point guard and shooting guard positions. Among those, Houston, Anderson and Hardaway have huge contracts and will be virtually impossible to move. So I think that the guard rotation for the Knicks next season would be Marbury and Houston starting, Crawford coming off the bench to back up both positions, and Hardaway and Anderson taking the swingman positions. And that scenario would materialize only if Norris and Williams can be successfully shipped out of town.
