Crow in the Morning

Today's newspapers in the Cities by the Bay were full of crowing headlines about the Warriors.

My cat Zoey brought home a large crow, still alive. When I left for work she was methodically consuming it, and there are crow feathers all over my bedroom floor. Do you know what a mess feathers make? They drift into every possible and impossible corner and crevice.

She is eating crow for all of us. So we don't have to. Because there is no need for any of us to eat crow.
I swear I am not making this up.

There was a baby possum in the raccoon trap. I freed it. Possums are harmless, in fact, they eat snails in the garden. They are not fast or smart enough to harm my cats.

If I find Draymond Green's severed head in a pool of blood at the foot of my bed some morning I will really start to worry.

No crow eating here. That was one hell of a season. I am proud of my boys, they gave everything they had. Now, off season has begun, and there is a lot to be done, a lot to talk about.
