Yup. I think so. Dante is better than Travis, right now. That guy has got some game. I want to see him replace Travis!

Yep.. and Pooh Jeter outplayed Bayless yesterday. Let's keep Pooh and cut Jerryd.
Qyntel Woods is better than Brandon Roy.
Yeah, I agree. But I been watching this guy and finding out everything I can about him online. I think he is better than Outlaw. Right now. Not just based on 2 SL games.

So how did Cunningham fall all the way to the 2nd round? A player better than Outlaw right now deserves to be a 1st rounder. I think he might be a serviceable back up this year, but there is no way he deserves more minutes than Outlaw. If Outlaw is traded, he would probably fill a good role as a dependable mid range shooter on the 2nd unit when needed.Yeah, I agree. I see what you are trying to do, but you fail.

It doesn't matter if its summer league. He has stronger fundamentals than Travis does. You can see it just watching. He knows the game. Does it make up for Travis freakish athleticism? Maybe, maybe not. My guess it does.
haha.. OK man.. and I'm not even that big of a fan of Travis, but at least the guy is proven while Dante is playing against Maarty Leunen and Paul Davis.
So you would have traded Outlaw for a 2nd round draft pick this year? LoLThat is your opinion. That is not a fact.
Blair slipped to deep in the 2nd round. And by opinion, he was a lottery pick. Shit happens in the draft.
You fail again.

Marcus Camby was trade due to his contract, not his talent level. Outlaw has a pretty reasonable contract. My point is that you are saying that a playerHuh? What the fuck are you getting at? I saw one thing and you just go left field ape shit and put words in my mouth?
Marcus Camby got traded for a 2nd rounder. I am pretty sure he is better than Outlaw.
Now, do you have anything relevant to say? Or is your next post going to be... "What, so if Camby got traded then you would go 75 on the freeway?!"
Deleted.
I remember when Jason Kidd played his first preseason game and Bay Area pundits proclaimed him better than Magic Johnson. Kidd has had a damn good career, but whether he is better than Magic is debatable. Whether that judgment could be made on so little information is not.

My point is that you are saying that a player better than Outlaw right now (after essentially everything at Villanova, 2 Summer League games, and anything else you could find on youtube) is better than Outlaw. If he is better than Outlaw, he deserved to be drafted in the 1st round. I just think that GM's probably have a better gauge on his skills and talent than any of us fans do. That's all. I think Outlaw is worth more than a 2nd round pick, so sorry, I got to disagree with you on this one. Cunningham will not contribute more to the team this year than Outlaw, assuming Outlaw is on the team.

Yes, but the OP is saying that a 2nd rounder after 2 Summer League games is better than Travis Outlaw RIGHT NOW. After playing 2 summer league games. I love the enthusiasm, but let's get real. If he really was that good he would have been drafted in the 1st round.I disagree because Travis Outlaw should have never been drafted in the first round. Any player who takes 6 years to become an average (or below average) player should not have been drafted in the first round. But teams make mistakes all the time. Otherwise, why would there be 1st round busts that never even make it in the league, or wash out?
