One of my favorite places ever, and not just for the weed. Eat, eat and eat some more. The thing I love about that city is that there it is such a melting pot and you can find some of the best international food ever. Im not sure why there are so many Argentinian Steak houses but GO, and get the table top BBQ platters.

Fun place. Don't skip the museums, they are really top notch. Also, a great city to rent a scooter and just spend some time riding around, into the burbs and get away from the touristy sections.
