The customer is not always right. Statistics show that most often, the customer is wrong.

However, the fact of the matter is, the customer is always a customer. You must treat them like they are paying your bills because essentially they are.

Even when you have to tell a customer no, you still have to do it in a professional way no matter how unprofessional they are.

Watching this, I can't help but wonder what was Dame's plan? Truly, was he prepared to put his hands on someone? I get it, he's from "The Town" and all that, but seriously, what would he have done?

In general, when confronting a bully/asshole, there is no need to put hands on them. Most are cowards pretending to be tough guys and will back down when confronted.

If you want an accurate headline, something like "Fan being an Asshole - Dame Tells Him to Stop".

That would seem to cover all bases. Whether he used a racial slur, a gay slur, or both, the guy was being an asshole and Dame called him on it.
