By the way, thanks to the homie @BonesJones for defending me. Didn't need it but feels good somebody stepped up to call out the crazyness so thanks man, I appreciate it. Already been feeling unwelcome back on this forum so it's nice to see somebody give a shit

Again, I asked you and others nicely to stop with the personal insults. You continued. I asked you again. You continued. I warned you. Then you posted another personal insult but included a "just kidding" at the end of it. Then you make a new post saying you weren't kidding. I wasn't being overly strict or picking on you. You're the one who pushed it. Remember, when you provoke a reaction, you don't get to pick what that reaction that has been provoked.

It wasn't personal but when things have turned ugly and one of the people who made it ugly won't stop then I will.

What's a problem is that everyone, myself included, have bad days on here. You have to own it and just move on. You continually claiming that I just randomly picked on you, or banned you for no reason is not accurate and honestly makes me think that this will be a problem again. Please do not make it a problem again.

No problem man. Like I said, I'll always be real with you, whether I agree or disagree. I defend almost anyone I feel like is being treated unfairly. Sometimes it's over much more pettier stuff than this (it's what led to me and KingSpeed arguing in the Pelicans gamethread) but... Idk. I just try to keep it real with my interpretations on things while trying not to instigate things.. It's led to some unfavorable opinions about me, as there are with you.. With some, you can't win. No matter what you say, it'll be wrong in their eyes.

This is the problem. I explained to you very nicely that you were banned for personal insults that continued after you was asked, then warned, then told not to. There was nothing phantom about it.

I don't feel like he is.. Ya'll got different views on that situation, and will disagree on what went down. Who's right or who's wrong, it doesn't matter. I don't think he's making things problematic though. Somehow it got brought up in this back-n-forth.. It's not like he's going out of his way to constantly complain about what happened. Just my 2 cents.

Have I made you believe I would have any of it continue? no, none. So I don't know why you are asking me not to make it a problem again. I have shown nothing but good behavior since being unbanned

We will never agree on it Sly and that's fine. I think it was unfair, you think it was justified. That's fine. All I ask is that you don't have an issue with me or if you do, message me. We have never had any issues but after I was banned you refused to talk to me on a personal level which I don't understand so yeah I would probably not make jokes about being phantom banned if you communicated with me better and I didn't feel like I was on eggshells in this forum and the slightest thing could get me banned because lately I feel targeted, I feel like people are trying to get me to react in order to get me banned and I feel like you are looking for a reason to ban me because you don't want me around here

He's made at least three references to it in this thread. I don't need or expect him to agree with it. I just need him to understand why. He continues to make statements that he doesn't. That's a problem. I don't go looking for reasons to ban people. That's not my thing. I'm not here to be boss or king cock around here. Him not understanding why he was banned makes me worried that the behavior that got him banned previously will happen again.

No, I feel like you want me to act that way in order to ban me. I have given you no reason to believe any of that will happen again. I have been ganged up on twice the past week, have I thrown out any insults? no.

Also, you left it up to a mod to get me unbanned. You wanted no part in it. So if it wasn't for a mod of yours and me asking that mod for help, you would of left me banned. So yeah, I think I have reason to believe you as well as others have it out for me. Matter of fact you even told your mod that you think me coming back would just end up being a bad thing and it wouldn't go well. I would never bring up the banning if you actually communicated with me but you never did. So yeah that's a bit confusing

I am just being real with you Sly. I never disliked you. We had a good relationship on here before shit went down. It honestly kinda was upsetting you wouldn't give me the time of day after being banned. Been here for 4 years man and you kinda just threw me to the side when I constantly was trying to get a hold of you. I disagree with you on why I was banned as do others. Oh well, you still did it, that's cool. I just don't get why certain people get passes on this forum yet you are wiling to throw me out like nothing. It's concerning

I have talked to you both publicly and privately many times before you were banned. I don't need you to agree with it. No one agrees with why they were banned, lol. Everyone thinks why they were banned was unfair. I did and have communicated with you as to why you were banned. It was pretty simple, you were banned for personal insults. Not sure what needed to be said after that. No one is going to bait me into doing anything. I'm not looking for a reason to ban you. I'm not looking for a reason to ban anyone. That's not accurate. I did communicate with you. You didn't like that communication and started posting some kinda out there rant to me. There was no reason to reply to that. Best to let you cool off. But you didn't, made a new moniker and started ranting in the forum.

After talking with @PtldPlatypus I unbanned you. He does not have that ability. So I did have a part in it. I talk with staff all the time about forum decisions. I talk with them about contests, tickets, threads, many things.

I don't have it out for you. I don't have it out for anyone.

See the Poker in my moniker? I like gambling and like knowing the odds of things. You are the 5th person to have been temporarily banned in this forum. Only 1 didn't end up being permanently banned later on. So based on past experience temporary bans seldom work. That is what I communicated to @PtldPlatypus. I want you to be the 2nd person not to be permanently banned. That would make the decision to unban you the correct one instead of a giant waste of time.
