Great move. Successful auto dealerships are highly profitable.

I wonder why have it way out in McMinnville. Would have thought more profitable being in the city

Is it too early for Greg Oden's Mobility Scooters USA or Olliver Miller's all you can buffet?

Which player would open a glasses store?

This is gonna look so strange when he demands to be traded to the Lakers this off season.

Negative. TONS of dealerships IN Portland have shut down in the past couple years. Shit, I know of 5 or so just on Sandy. People are online now. That and those huge dealerships in the suburbs that have like 5 acres of cars.

Toyota’s will sell anywhere..hold their value the best. It’s a great investment, even in McMinnville (preparing to be spammed by Toyota ads on all websites and social media platforms)

That, and with no end in sight to the rising cost of living, McMinnville probably has a growth chart in the next 10 years that'll be huge.

I think it will be okay. He will get a couple rings and he can come back and do a farewell season here just so he retires a Blazer.

I mean basically, they are paying Dame to simply borrow his name. To slap it on the side of the building right? He isn’t investing anything and will not have anything to do with day to day operations.
Wise move by Dolla if you think about it.

I don't think that's quite how it works.....and I promise you, Dame didn't do this for a photo op....he also probably can hire african americans to work there...Melo talks all the time about the importance of investing in the african american community..I think there's a bigger picture for someone like Dame who is actively trying to be involved in Portlands future. Dame has a business degree. I'm sure he won't work there but I'll bet anything he's on the board of directors or he is represented there from his own brand by someone he's hired. Dame knows guys like Magic who were smart businessmen

Have you seen how many business ventures Shaq is involved in? It's CRAZY!

wow there’s a job waiting for Neil if ever Blazers fire him.

WINE country.....

Drove by there yesterday. We take one of our cars in there regularly. I notice they already have the block letters up on the front of the dealership.

Kinda thought it was odd to invest out here, but considering the price of real estate in the metro, people flocking online to purchase cars.... honestly.... I could see a lot of dealers selling their higher-priced real estate in the metro area and buying cheaper land outside for their inventory.....
