It's not. I can tell you from experience. When I was a kid, I fell climbing over a fence and my elbow hit a rock on the ground. When I got up, My elbow was backwards...on the top of my arm instead of on the bottom.

I ran inside where my mom was talking to her friend. I remember her friend saying it was just a bad sprain, but my mom freaked out...like screamed when we saw it.

The doctors thought they were going to have to do surgery, but apparently once they put me to sleep, they were able to shake my elbow back into place. Had to wear a cast that went pretty much all the way up to my shoulder for months.

That is just about the dumbest weapon I have ever heard of. A really good way to get shot is to pull out a knife that looks like a gun, but offers none of the distance protection of a gun.
