Different, I think you went a touch too strong with the grunge brushing, but overall I kinda like it.
 
Believe it or not, they're not grunge brushes.. >.<
 
Get rid of the >>>>>>>, or at least fade them. The text placement is good, but the font isn't. OVerall, not too bad.
