Just walk down to REI and buy a shit load of GOPros and make the police wear a helmet or some shit. Becausse for 1900, you know the video you see on it will still be the ultra low budget scrambley shitty kind, and not some ultra high tech, justifying 1900 dollars 4K type clarity.

Damn, you're all a bunch of cynical asses. The cameras via google search likely don't have a wireless connection running constantly. They also don't have a connection to a cop car which then sends the information to a server bank to be stored. It also doesn't come with IT people to maintain the server.
