no, just cause none of it makes sense certainly doesnt mean it didn't happen. but as none of us are involved all we have is the claims in the accusation & timings. I'm not jumping to a final conclusion here, but TBH from everything that is presented so far, I dont see how this is going to get to a verdict in her favor at all, which pushes my 'opinion' to question all of what she is saying - makes me feel like its a 'settle out of court' pitch, where, assuming it did happen, is pathetic and detrimental to the ongoing justice and policing of these type of offenses.

just to be clear, i can't stand derrick rose, gold diggers or rapists. they can all rot in hell as far as im concerned.

You talk like you are an expert on this subject but assume no one else has put time into thinking about or researching these issues. Trust me, you aren't nearly the first radical feminist/tumblrite-persona I've come across, nor are any of your statistics new to me. Had you any extended reading on the subject you'd realize quite readily how absurdly-derived and manipulated some of these statistics actually are. The 1/5 statistic is flawed not only because of the survey method but also because it doesn't measure rape as it is commonly defined, nor does it purport to. It's a measure of sexual assault with very loose/ambiguous definitions of what comprises assault - not strictly the legal definition. Not only were survey takers self-selected and offered a gift for taking the survey, but they were taken from only two universities. But what really gets me is that you believe only 1.3% of men are raped as opposed to 20% of women. This is clearly an abuse of the definition of rape as it concerns males vis-a-vis females and it shows the marginalization of male sexual assault victims as a result if anything. There is much evidence that adolescent boys are molested comparably to adolescent girls, and one would be prudent to wonder how all those young boys, men outside of prison, and men who are raped in prison account for only 1/15 the rate of sexual assault as women. Though, I do doubt you see far enough past your ideology to consider that there are inordinate victims in this world not women; or to conclude that such a stark contrast between male and female sexual assault victims is an extreme improbability parroted as fact for political/ideological reasons.
