Season 2 is the weakest IMO, but still better than 95% of all other TV programs.

I think season 2 is good... not as good as season one.... but Lila is irritating as hell.

It's my favorite show on TV. I sign up for Showtime every year just before Dexter starts and then cancel after it's over. I have really liked all the seasons but the 3rd season was the worse IMHO but still good.

I thought season 2 was great especially the last few episodes. It had me literally on the edge of my seat.

I think they got too drastic in season 2. Most shows don't shake things up that much in their second season.

Not really. That's what makes Dexter so good for me. They continue to shake things up. Wait until you get to season 4. If they didn't it would have gotten to boring for me. Dexter isn't for everyone but I think it is the best show by far on TV.

I think I agree with all your ratings. I thought season 4 was slightly better than season 2 though.

I agree. I think overall season 2 had maybe more good episodes. I do think the last couple season 4 episodes were something else. So, I would say season 4 is slightly better then season 2 but it's really really close.

It sucks. Netflix only has seasons 1 and 2 streaming. I'll probably have to torrent the rest.

Season 4 was some of the most riveting television I've seen since the first season of Battlestar Galactica.

Particularly the scene at Thanksgiving dinner. Jezis.

I dug the subplot with the reporter, and not just because she seemed to be naked in every other scene (although that really helped). It was just kind of fun watching it develop.

I don't get the point of the whole romance between the captain and the cuban dude. The captain needs to get bitchier, and the cuban dude needs to get more of a Tony Soprana air to him.

Or just ditch that storyline entirely and go into the personal life of Masuka. Masuka is like "Balki" in Taxi. Every single thing he does is freakin' awesome, and for some reason none of the writers or the director seem to notice.
