I read someone (don't know how accurate the numbers are) that over 90% of the shootings in New York are black on black crimes. You want to protest something? protest that. And put a stop to innocent young children getting shot in crossfires.

Nationally, 91% of all young black male deaths are black on black shootings. These are also the majority of illegal guns that trigger most gun laws in places like DC, Chicago, etc. The other trigger are crazy young white males. Interestingly, the neice of MLK Jr said that unless you are focused on black on black crime, you really aren't a black leader.

I heard on the news, 80% of blacks think all Law Enforcement are racists, while 30% of whites think as much....those 30% must be the Incarcerated population.....

Some of the older black leaders that marched with MLK said black folks today don't know what racism and police brutality looks like.

Sadly affirmative action has run its course, only creating an entitlement class.
 
When they arrested that kid who took the video of the Gardner choke case because he got caught with a gun he said to his wife, "Call Al Sharpton". I'd love to have someone tell this white woman that was shot yesterday to call Al Sharpton just to see what the bastard would do.

No Doubt.....sadly enough.......Lincoln's worst mistake was not the Emancipation Proclamation, but His failure to provide one way tickets to that Big Continent across the Atlantic.......via Disney Clipper Ship Cruise Lines.......

You know what stuns me, is: then Gov. Pete Wilson, gave a long speech outdoors on the tarmac at Site 4, Plt. 42, a day before he repealed the 'affirmative action CA law'.....signed the new law into effect the next day. Pete ahead of his time: said he was doing as much, during that speech, which was met with huge applause by the B2 Team of 15,000+ employees........

yet working Federal Programs, still hold the line of those EEO/AA Law, WTF- best person for hiring is the most knowledgeable, best suited person, who can do the job the best, and/or meet or exceed, the requirements of said job, and capable of executing such talent.......still we had to hire to quotas......and shit still burns.......

I had all Depts., with a 42% Minority hired employees, which Human Resources shoved down our throats, at the Corp. Level....my wife was doing a job she was more than qualified to do, and was working as a Temp. for 6 months in that position, at the School District Offices. The Law at SKUSD, stated no employee shall work in a temp position for more than 3 months full time, without being hired into that job. Kim filed a Teacher's Union Grievance, and that effed up Union wouldn't do a damn thing for her......figures, POS Union it twas..........

yet- those asswipes had to go and hire a clueless Girl who happened to be Hispanic, while Kim was told 'we hired her cuz she speaks Spanish'...which was NOT even listed on the job requirement posting.....Kim's response: "I speak French and English, so I am bilingual....WTF- that Hispanic Girl wound up not being able to do the job at all, of a District Office Secretary, and was relegated to answering phones only.......

.......Thank God Northrop had NO Union as you well know. Mgmt. has no union of course, and we still had to meet EEO/AA entitlement quotas....Yet during those 20 years at Rockwell STSD, the UAW was the biggest fkd up factor standing in the way of Progress.....another long story, I will refrain from telling.....!
