Well that didn't take long.

"World War III" is trending on Twitter
Truly death's sweet embrace would be preferable.Well, then. I'm heading for MARIS61's bunker.
Removing Assad is the right thing to do, but you know that
(a) Trump will manage to kill a shitload of innocent people doing it
(b) He's only doing it because he thinks it's a way to make Obama look bad (already droned on about how Obama was weak for not backing up "red line" talk
Also: if Trump cares so much for the Syrian people, it'd be nice if he allowed a few FUCKING REFUGEES into this country, instead of trapping them in a now massively-escalating war zone.
NY Times said:The Pentagon informed Russian military officials, through its established deconfliction channel, of the strike before the launching of the missiles, the official said, with American officials knowing when they did that that Russian authorities may well have alerted the Assad regime. “With a lot of Tomahawks flying, we didn’t want to hit any Russian planes,” he said.
And NO, taking in millions of uneducated, dirt-poor refugees into this country with no plans for their long-term care is NOT the solution, and you know it.
What do you mean "the solution"? I do know that it's the morally right thing to do. Maybe that makes me a secret Canadian.
But innocent people are going to die regardless if Trump acts or not, and you know that.
I teach logic. Logic is irrelevant here. Perhaps you mean "in the narrow self-interest of people I think are more like me than those people over there"? Even then I think you're wrong.Sometimes, doing what's morally right is not always the logical solution.
I'm just hoping it leads to the piss-tape hitting the internet. Is that too much to ask?I just want to know if there's some long-range strategic objective here. If the goal is a war with Russia, this sure seems like the first steps in that dance.
Thank you Captain Obvious. Here's a thought: maybe MANY MORE will die as a result of rash action by an inexperienced "Commander in Chief" with dubious motives, limited knowledge and an insatiable desire to "look tough".

This is finePutin and Trump in cahoots to distract us from the FBI investigation.
"LOOK! WE ARE NOT IN BED TOGETHER! TRUMP BOMBED RUSSIA ALLY!"
And if it's NOT that, then whatever happened to AMERICA FIRST? Trump has NUMEROUS tweets out there railing against the IDEA of bombing Syria under the guise of AMERICA FIRST
And if it's NEITHER of those then Trump watched cable news, saw the footage of the chemical strike, and launched 59 misses over a broken heart
