I was driving over on and around 82nd yesterday and the wind kept blowing the stop lights on and off. It's kind of annoying when every stop light on a street that busy turns into a stop sign. Pretty much a zoo. Portland desperately needs to do something to improve the traffic with since the population growing so rapidly. Widen the lanes.

I also went into a Walmart and the lights were flickering on and off lol
