DIRECTV and The Walt Disney Company Reach New Multi-Year Deal

DIRECTV and The Walt Disney Company gave subscribers of the top satellite provider an early Christmas present with word that the two companies have reached a new multi-year deal that’ll provide high quality entertainment to millions of viewers via DIRECTV Everywhere and Authenticated WATCH Services. The deal with DIRECTV concludes Disney’s negotiations with the top ten pay-TV providers.

The new deal continues to provide DIRECTV subscribers with access to ABC Family, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN Deportes, ESPNEWS and SEC Network, while adding carriage for Fusion, Longhorn Network, ESPN Goal Line, ESPN Buzzer Beater, ESPN3, SEC Network + and the full suite of live linear and OnDemand services such as authenticated WATCH services – including WatchESPN, WATCH Disney Channel,WATCH Disney XD, WATCH Disney Junior, WATCH ABC Family and WATCH ABC.
