Kind of but not really in the cosmic sense. People that do bad shit to others generally put themselves in positions to get bad shit done to them more, as well as they make more enemies who want to do bad shit to them, and they have less friends to help them in times of need. So what goes around sort of come around, but the nice guys still usually finish last.

I don't know., I would like to believe so. But I've seen some of the most ruthless and borderline ethical business men profit by destroying lives and go on to live a rich and prosperous life. Maybe behind their life they experience bad karma . .. at least I hope so.
