Somebody told me they tore it down. I'd be interested to know if that's true or not.
They built it in late 1990 or early 1991.
My niece had a vacation home in Sun River. Beautiful.
My college roommate who became one of the worlds top memory chip designers was from Sun River. We had another buddy, perhaps the top academic graduate from a stellar class of graduates who helped design the Intel microprocessors and one of whom was on a team that measured the effective mass of a photon to approx. 1/3 of what they previously thought it was, was from Redmond.
As a side note, the guy that I studied with one night a week rose to become the president of N-Cube and reported to Ellison, owner of Oracle, was described as unethical by my college buddy. Oracle is the company that got in a legal battle with the state of Oregon. My buddy later became president of Sequent Computer and later yet president of RadiSys Corp. until 2009.
