Plus their daughter donated to his campaign. So, did the mom of the sheriff he pardoned. Money talks. The rich walk free.
 
Normally in fraud conviction, the convicted criminals are ordered to make restitution on top of any jail time. Trump pardons of several fraudsters also erased the financial penalties. So the people they defrauded get screwed. Just like Trump will never pay his own civil fraud or defamation fines.
 
In October 2024, Trump went to hurricane ravaged North Carolina and told residents FEMA had no money for them because Biden had given it all to "illegals", a lie. He promised as president he would guarantee full funding for rebuilding.

North Carolina Governor just informed no more FEMA funding although state workers still cleaning up debris, not even rebuilding.

Fire ravaged California told, despite Newsom sprinting to the right, they need better state government, not FEMA.

Not just states with Democratic governors.

Missouri sent repeated requests for emergency declaration. No reply.

Arkansas, whose governor is former Trump spokesliar Sarah Huckabee Sanders, was denied FEMA aid, then accepted.

Mississippi has received no aid.

Normally requests for emergency declaration handled within hours. Considered so urgent, if a request arrives at night, sides wake up president to sign.

Trump said he wants to abolish FEMA.

He pardoned nursing home executive whose mother attended million dollar dinner. Executive pledge guilty to stealing $11 million in employee wages. He was ordered to pay back $4.5 million, less than half. Pardon means he can keep all ill gotten gains. The workers get nothing. They are poor low wage workers, probably a lot are immigrants. Not Trump's people. Who cares?

Funds for shelters for victims of domestic violence and sexual trafficking have been slashed. To qualify for few remaining grants, shelters must ban trans women and possibly lesbians, have no diversity policy, and are forbidden to refer to violence against women and sexual assault as social problems.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump’s big bill making its way through Congress will cut taxes by $3.75 trillion but also increase deficits by $2.4 trillion over the next decade, according to an analysis released Wednesday by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office.

The CBO also estimates an increase of 10.9 million people without health insurance under the bill by 2034, including 1.4 million who are in the country without legal status in state-funded programs.

The package would reduce federal outlays, or spending, by nearly $1.3 trillion over that period, the budget office said.

“Republicans cry crocodile tears over the debt when Democrats are in charge — but explode it when they’re in power,” said Rep. Brendan Boyle of Pennsylvania, the top Democrat on the House Budget Committee.

“In the words of Elon Musk,” Boyle said, reviving the billionaire and former Trump aide’s criticism of the package, “this bill is a ‘disgusting abomination.’”

The analysis comes at a crucial moment in the legislative process as Trump is pushing Congress to have the final product on his desk to sign into law by Fourth of July. The work of the CBO, which for decades has served as the official scorekeeper of legislation in Congress, will be weighed by lawmakers and others seeking to understand the budgetary impacts of the sprawling 1,000-page plus package.

Ahead of CBO’s release, the White House and Republican leaders criticized the budget office in a pre-emptive campaign designed to sow doubt in its findings.

I think instead of “Twitter-Lite”, it should be known as what it is: Social Hate Twitter. Or “Shitter” for short.
 
Trump dropped charges against MS-13 members who are allies of Salvadoran dictator Bukele as a favor to Bukele for allowing Trump to use his concentration camps.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia was allegedly sent to concentration camp because he was member of MS-13, even high ranking member. MS-13 crudely photoshopped onto his knuckles. So badly only Trump was stupid enough to believe it.

He is on trial while actual leaders of MS-13 get to go free.

Lowndes County, Alabama is poor and Black. Also hasn't upgraded sewage treatment in decades. People can't use yards because they are literally full of shit. State run by white Republicans who don't give a shit. Biden Administration sued and arrived at consent decree for cleanup and building modern sewage system. Trump annulled it.

US has thousands of live nuclear weapons stored in silos in various Northern states. Built 60 years ago, they are breaking down. Air Force said they need to be rebuilt. We can debate whether all those nukes are needed but as long as they are here hard not to agree they need safe storage. Trump took $900 million earmarked to rebuild the silos to refit the gold plated plane "gifted" him from Qatar. He wants it completed before his term ends so he can use it as Air Force One, after which it becomes his personal property. So let the nuclear sites degrade. What's unsafe nuclear weapons storage compared with gold plated aircraft for Trump's vanity?

Trump awarded $1.2 billion contract to build immigration prison to small company. Their largest project to date is 1/1000 the size. Their headquarters is converted small family home in rural Virginia. Presumably gave campaign donation. I hope prison doesn't get built, rather waste tax dollars than lock up more innocent people in dreadful conditions.

Not only didn't read it (he doesn't need to read, he just knows things), Russian asset Gabbard revoked her security clearance. For intelligence personnel,that is tantamount to being fired.

She didn't align with President Trump's vision.

Same reason CDC director fired.

And top military officers.
