Down The Stretch They Come..........

Welcome to our community

Be a part of something great, join today!

I think we'll end up with the 1 seed. Lakers are flimsy

Tonight.......... San Antonio @ Denver! I can't remember the last time I rooted for the Nuggets! Hope they bring it tonight!

Spurs up 13...if they hold on, tomorrow's game looks bigger than ever.

Spurs whoop Denver in Denver on the second night of back to back. SMH.

Portland: 48-31
at LA Lakers
vs. Thunder (B2B)
vs. Golden State

San Antonio: 49-31
vs. Minnesota
at Dallas

We gotta win 2, and hope Dallas beats SA at home, or quite simply, win out.

For cryin' out loud. Why isn't this thread stickied?!?

Unless the Clips beat Dallas on Monday, Dallas is going to have nothing to play for against S.A. Not good.

So we go 2-1 the rest of the way. The Spurs HAVE to lose to the Mavs!

I don't think you can count on that....especially since they likely won't have anything to play for. We need to win out!!!

check that....Utah has the tie-breaker over Dallas, so Dallas will likely have something to play for til the end.

Tonight- OKC @ Golden State! Go Monta!

So now if the Warriors can outrun the Sonics things set up nicely for tomorrow night! Although, I doubt Brandon will play!

I wish the warriors the best, but OKC matches up really well with them; the 'Thudder' contest jumpers better than just about any team in the league this year, and that's about all GS can do. Who knows, maybe Corey Maggette can ram the ball down their throat, but Monta is going to shoot that team out of the game if I had to guess.

Portland: 49-31
vs. Thunder (B2B)
vs. Golden State

San Antonio: 49-31
vs. Minnesota
at Dallas

OKC: 49-30
at Golden State -- tonight
at Portland (B2B)
vs. Memphis

Win out, and get #6. Lose vs OKC, and hope for a SA loss @ Dallas to end up with #7

The Western Conference, where it takes a minimum of 50 wins to qualify for the playoffs.

Unlike the pussy Eastern Conference.

I think we need to root for the Jazz to beat the Warriors. (Which will be hard for me) They own the tie breaker with Dallas. (Denver does not however) So if we want Dallas to have incentive to beat SA, we need the Jazz to be within 1 game of Dallas going into the last night.

It's going to be tough to beat OKC tomorrow without Roy.

Well, that one's over.

42-25 Thunder after 1. Durant has 18.

Holy crap, the Warriors have cut it to 6 near the end of Q2!!

Warriors up by one! 9 minutes to go.

Lookin' like it's down to Durant vs. Ellis.

108-107 Warriors. 2:22 left to go. Thunder ball. Timeout!

Durant 11 FTs. Is there enough time left for him to get his 15 fta/game?

Yeah baby! Back in 6th!

Amazing effort by the Dubs. Special kudos to Monta for his terrific fourth quarter.

Portland: 49-31
vs. Thunder (B2B)
vs. Golden State

San Antonio: 49-31

at Dallas

OKC: 49-31
at Portland (B2B)
vs. Memphis

A win tomorrow would leave us no worse than 7!

Holy shit. Tomorrow's game is........

THE BIGGEST GAME OF THE SEASON (pt XL)

What are you talking about? Everyone knows our season ended months ago. That first Denver game was the biggest game of the season--everything since then has just been academic.
