It's been known for a few months that the American Awlaqi was on the death list. So his American father, who lives in this country, took it to court in the U.S. to prevent Obama from murdering him. The CIA-controlled judge said it was out of the jurisdiction of the court.

The ACLU ought to appeal it to the Supreme Court.

If the CIA can control judges, what does taking it to the SCOTUS do for him?

LOL at people denying Al-Awlaki was a terrorist.

You won't see me deny this dude was bad news. But if everyone I think should be killed was killed by the government without trial (or even an attempt at one), OJ and Casey Anthony (among others) would join Mr. Al-Awlaki as worm food.

Fortunately, the Constitution says that BrianFromWA, the Police, and the President don't get to make that choice.

LOL at anyone that does not believe that CIA/gov't controlled assets actually exist. This guy was eating like a king at the White House shortly after 9/11...how many "terrorists" get that honor???

...so what are you trying to say here, that you actually believe Al-Awlaki's murder was unconstitutional?
