Maybe it's a dumb question, (the first does seem obvious) but which would you prefer?

Can you please put this into some sort of a honking format?

Honk 7 times: Lillard/Meyers

Honk 12 times: Drummond/Marshall

My real answer is Drummond/Lillard. I'd be pretty happy if we got Drummond at 6 and then could trade up from 11 to get Lillard. Then again I'm looking at the nbadraft.net mock draft and the idea of a Lillard / Waiters back court is growing on me.

There are so many interesting bigs that should be on the board at 11. Not sure which one I would prefer, but we could see Sullinger, Leonard, Jones, Moultire, Zeller and a couple others. But Lillard and whichever big the blazer brass falls for most.

I'm not the smartest person in the room about college players, but I have serious reservations about Drummond. It's totally just a hunch; I'm not claiming anything other than being gunshy about yet another underachieving college center who was The Next Big Thing out of high school. So gunshy.

It's a really tough call. I actually can't make up my mind. One gets us a probable decent NBA center and another worthless PG, the other a probable starting PG and stiff at center.

Yeah i don't like either choice.

Drummond/Marshal adds no offense.
Meyers is not in my top 11.

Tough call. The real choice is Lillard v. Drummond. I go back and forth. I do believe Lillard has it all to be a very good PG in this league. Drummond could be an all-star, if he can get motivated. How much of his lack of motor is him v. the environment he played in last year is not clear.

Watching this years playoffs makes me think I would take Lillard. When you have several guys who are quick and can score, you get get by with a serviceable and tough center. Going inside out with LMA and Lillard would be fun to watch, and could be tough to defend.

I like Marshall too, but as pinwheel points out you now have two starters who can't really score. I don't like that.

I would be dissapointed with either option. I don't want Marshall or Meyers at 11. I'm hoping one of Robinson, MKG, Beal, Barnes is available at 6 for us to get.

If those options arn't available I think I would lean towards Lillard over Drummond. If we are going to take on a project like Drummond we should think about trading away LaMarcus and do a full long term rebuild. If we want to make playoff runs in the next few years during LaMarcus' prime we need a more NBA ready player then Drummond.

If the Blazers don't move up I think Lilliard and Waiters would be great.

I'm not sold on Lillard. The guy played for Weber State for chrissakes!

Good thing LMA didn't play at Weber State. We wouldn't have anyone good on our team.

I like both Lillard & Meyers, but truly doubt Drummond will be available at 6. If he is, Blazer scouting would really have to turn up some dirt for them to pass... like crack smoking Justin Bieber #1 fan sort of dreck

It makes a huge difference. There's very little talent in the Big Sky and Weber State didn't even win the conference.

Looking at the school in that conference I'll go on record to say that Nolan Smith would have absolutely thrashed the Big Sky conference.

And I'm not being sarcastic.

Since I know nothing more than their names I say neither, since their names have no sparkle or pizazz and the nicknames would be weak.
