Lots of things--Can't see his face very well.-The 2nd render looks kinda bad there.-I'd rid of the text at the top.-Just doesn't flow overall.-Nice creativity however.Keep working.

The text that is on top, I would make it smaller and put it underneth the Dwayne Wade. Also, change the font for both writings. Also, make his face stick out more and it should look better. Good start though
