He stuck around because Lebron and Bosh joined him. He too was threatening to leave in 2010 until they came to Miami.

And did you the kind of teammates James had around him? That team had 1 other starting caliber player on it-- big Z.

It's not "chasing the ring"; it's how he treated the team before leaving. Instead of letting his team and fans know; he decided to make an appearance on ESPN to explain his decision. All about the douché.

Then going public saying that they will get multiple rings, like it's a sure thing. I like confidence, but the way he said it was in complete arrogance. So players like Barkley, Malone, Drexler or others leaving their respected teams on good terms to try and get a ring is fine. When you go about it like LJ did; I wish you nothing but failure.

I dislike KG but I definitely respect him, and he's someone people should want on their team. None of that class stuff matters imo, what matters is your synergy on the court and talent.

Most of the players were aware of this though, in other ways. They made Norris Cole accept the trophy thing because they haven't accomplished anything. Few players touched it IIRC.

Good job to both teams, a great series but that guy Bosh was pretty important. People should not dismiss him.

I think people should hate whoever they want, but people's reasons for hatred are usually invalid or overblown.

Hmm the show was weird but there are far worse people. ;] There was a little apology too, that people forget. Not that I personally care either way, I assume all these NBA people are pompous or bratty.
