To be honest, I was just messing around with Adobe Flash not even sure if I could do it. Been a while since I made gifs. But if you can get your hands on this program it's called Adobe Imageready which specializes in animated gifs. Flash works too apparently, but I'm not sure if the fuzziness is a side-effect from flash gifs. And there's tons of tutorials out there. I'm sure other people around here know more about the subject than I do.
