Actually, I said I looked at the thread and didn't see anything in there that was hateful, and asked for you to point out to me a specific post therein with which you took issue. You chose not to take me up on that request.

I have no problem with anyone "expressing themselves", but I'm politely requesting that we try to avoid the intentionally inflammatory race-focused posting that led to one thread being locked and this thread exploding the way it did. I don't think that's too much to ask.

If you'd like to continue this via PM and further discuss prior race-related posting indiscretions, I'd be more than willing,

Whatever though sly won’t return my twitter messages so I don’t know what it’s all really about. We disagree on things, it’s whatever. I’m definitely not racist, I could have a talk with you in person any day of the week and be fine with it. I enjoy our basketball conversations. You get riled up about things as do I. I never meant to demean any sort of experience you have had as a black guy. Nor have I tried to be racist. If I have said some insensitive shit, I’m sorry. Honestly. My bad. Now I don’t know if I will get unbanned, right now it doesn’t look like it. I just wanted to say this to you. I have no issue with you. Sorry for anything hurtful I may have said. It’s not my intent. When someone says that people of different skin tones, aren’t allowed to have opinions on subjects. — Or when thy say things like. ALL I SEE IS A BUNCH OF BUTTHURT WHITE PEOPLE.

I don’t think I should have to waste my time explaining to a mod, that those things, are a tiny sample of what was obviously racist and hateful.

I'm not going to comb through the thread to find an old post that you make a vague reference to. Bring it to my attention specifically and I'll address it specifically.

I'm also not going to go back through every thread in which people have made inflammatory race-related posts and address/edit them all. I don't have that kind of time. I've acknowledged that a lot of race-baiting on both sides has been overlooked in the past, and said that I'm moving on and trying to address things more effectively going forward. I'm requesting that you be willing to do the same and not live in the past.

If you see something that you believe to be racist or inflammatory, let me know. If I see something you post that I feel is racist or inflammatory, I'll let you know. That seems like a reasonable balance to me.

How could anyone fall for that? The terrible grammatical farce in which it is written gives me a migraine. I understand English is not the guys first language but ouch. And $16.5 mill wow.
