I have the double dvd set of their live in Australia reunion tour and it's the best live concert dvd I've seen....and in the backstage clips Henley refers to "the Eagles patented five part harmonies"
I might have to watch that again tonight....it was Joe Walsh's first sober concert in Australia....he was great.

Are you talking about the one in Melbourne?...if so, yes that is an incredible concert. Never heard sound quality that good from a live concert. I have a very nice Bose surround sound system and that DVD sounds SOOOOO good.

Oregon elections director Stephen Trout fired after he details problems

Oregon's elections director was abruptly fired in a text message by the secretary of state after he pointed out serious issues with the state's aging and vulnerable technology for running elections.
Elections Director Stephen Trout learned in a text message Thursday night — as his department and county elections officials were still counting votes from the Nov. 3 election — that he was out.

On Friday, Secretary of State Bev Clarno, a Republican appointed to the position by Democratic Gov. Kate Brown, announced to county clerks and other elections officials in Oregon's 36 counties that “today is also Steve Trout’s last day with the Agency.”
Election officials in the state were stunned.Steve Druckenmiller, the veteran Linn County clerk, said Clarno's action was “dangerous and so ignorant.”

“We are still in the election process right now. We are reconciling, we’re dealing with problems right now as far as your signatures and communicating with voters who didn’t sign the ballots," Druckenmiller said. “We’re going to have to do recounts, all of these things. She doesn’t understand elections.”

This happened even as the Oregon Centralized Voter Registration system is so old that Microsoft no longer supports the Windows Server 2008 system that it operates on, Trout and county election officials said.
The secretary of state's office was going to take bids — officially known as requests for proposal, or RFP — in October for a new system, but Clarno paused this project without consulting with the county clerks or Trout, the ousted election director said.

These acts disenfranchised lawful voters and potentially changed the outcome of the election."

I'm also extremely skeptical about this "sworn affidavit" stuff. We've heard that a half dozen times in the last 5 days and it's turned out to be total bullshit

An affidavit is admissible evidence, although some courts may require you to testify to the affidavit or they may consider it hearsay. Since hearsay is not admissible as evidence, your affidavit may not be used for evidence if someone objects to it unless you testify.

Ok in a nutshell. This is going to the Supreme Court where they will rule that the election is invalid due to fraud or mistakes on a country wide scale. It will go one of two ways: Either they will rule that all the unconstitutional mail in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them, or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the Congress and Senate for a vote. This is where it gets good. The House/Congress votes on who the President will be.

It has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every State gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans, and 19 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines, they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution and the Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar even will take place. This is The law. This is why the Democrats are so mad at Nancy Pelosi. This will all happen in January. The only way President Trump won't be President is if he concedes the election and that will never happen So stop watching the fake news and don't let your heart be troubled and live your life knowing this will all work out. President Trump will remain President I have researched all of this and it is Fact!

Another fun fact, they call Gore the President Elect for 30 days in 2000 until the courts ruled against him and declared Bush the winner. And two people that were part of that decision was none other than new Supreme Court Justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Why do you think the Democrats tried so hard to keep them from being confirmed?

what I'd like to see is any evidence of a level of 'fraudulent' ballots that would make any difference at all in any state. Hail just posted an alleged affidavit by an election worker in Nevada who claims he saw suspicious activity, but the activity is vague in some cases and open to interpretation. And it's not any substantive proof of fraudulent ballots.

it's tsunami of allegations but the beach is bone dry so far
