Both parties are so corrupt. Time to shut this government down. Vote for Trump he is no saint but he so far is not bought and paid for.
It will still be stall, stall, lie, lie at least until after election trying to get A Dem in office.
Sounds like just what happened in Oregon for Gov. Kitz and the media stalled until after election so we were stuck with Brown. Should have went to GOP candidate.

Please do not compare Donald Trump to someone that flew helicopters in the Vietnam War. Of course everyone that voted for Kitzhaber in Oregon regrets it.

Which part of that email did you find 'sickening'?

The part that proved she lied to the widows and orphans of those killed in the Benhazi attack. And they sent out surrogates to propagate the lie.

Sounds like he's into that hopey changey thing. For real this time.

There's a big difference between having hope for a better future and believing that any future different than the present must necessarily be better.

For what purpose, Denny? If she knew the truth and purposely lied (neither of those things has been proven, by the way) what was her motivation?

As far as I can see she'd have nothing whatsoever to gain, so I find the accusation improbable.

To protect Obama during the campaign.

The attack was on 9/11/2012, the election was on 11/6.

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/jun/28/benghazi-report-points-out-obama-clinton-lies/

The Obama administration knew attacks on the consulate were because of terrorism, but they knowingly changed the narrative to blame an “inflammatory” viral video — to escape any culpability of the attacks so close to a November election. In the 2012 campaign, Mr. Obama repeatedly spoke of not only killing Osama bin Laden, but how Al Qaeda had been “decimated” under his watch. Any word Benghazi was actually a terrorist attack would undermine this narrative.

His media PR firm (CNN, NBC, MSNBC, CBS, ABC) were all talking about how brilliant Obama's foreign policy was. Allowing an Al Qaeda attack would have made that foreign policy look like it was up in flames. In their typically sycophantic way, the press was having a love fest about Obama's foreign policy part of his acceptance speech.

http://foreignpolicy.com/2012/09/09...tually-affect-the-2012-presidential-election/

As Fred Kaplan observed in Slate over the weekend, for the first time in a loooooooong time, the Democrats feel more secure on foreign policy and national security issues than the Republicans. When John Kerry starts making derisive references to Rocky IV, you know something strange is going on. As for Barack Obama, his convention acceptance speech was kind of middlin’ — except when he started talking about foreign policy.

http://www.usnews.com/opinion/artic...ign-policy-success-will-win-him-re-election-2

How Obama's Foreign Policy Success Will Win Him Re-election

http://www.cnn.com/2012/09/18/opinion/zelizer-foreign-policy-campaign/

As was evident in their convention, Democrats feel they now have the so-called national security advantage. The successful drone strikes against al-Qaeda, as well as the death of Osama bin Laden, have given the White House a foundation from which to say the president is better prepared to handle these challenges.

As was the case with Eisenhower, foreign policy crises, at least in the short term, can create a rally-around-the-leader effect while raising questions about whether Romney is ready for the White House.

(Obama and Ike, two peas in a pod!)

Sure. Keep on doing the same thing and expect different results. I think that's the definition of "insanity."

The bottom line is if you want actual change, something has to ... you know... actually change.

I can easily find links saying Hillary has serious medical problems, too. Doesn't mean she does.

Your theory doesn't actually make much sense, frankly. I don't see how an ambassador getting killed by a mob enraged by a video is any better politically than an ambassador getting killed by terrorists. And I don't see how keeping the terrorist connection 'secret' for a few days two months before the election was expected to have helped Obama.

Finally, the whole idea that terrorist attacks hurt the sitting president politically is quite implausible. Take a look at W's approval ratings after 9/11.

Sure, but who is doing that? I'm certainly not.

Sure, no one disagrees with that. Also, water is wet.

But there are only three reasons to say "I want change, no matter what the change is".

1) The situation is so bad that it literally cannot get any worse. That seemed to be what the other poster was saying, and I strongly disagree we are in that position.

2) You are so angry you can't think rationally.

3) You are an anarchist.

I am voting Trump and hope that he can somehow start to change the corrupt system, no it will not be easy or even maybe possible.
Hillary she is just corrupt thru and thru.
Gary Johnson just sounds like he has smoked to much pot in his life, would like somebody paying attention if elected.
Listen to a little of Jill S. sounded better than Johnson.
Still very little chance it will be anyone other than Trump or Clinton unless she drops out.
I will vote against Clinton and for Trump
I do not see how we can do worse than the last 20 to 30 years.
A guy who has been making real estate development deals in Jersey for decades and ran a sham university is the guy to clean up corruption? Oritey then.

As for GJ. Maybe listen to some of his interviews or the CNN town-hall meeting he and Weld did. So far he's the only adult I've heard in the room.

Obama was out on the stump saying he killed Bin Laden and destroyed al Qaeda. So an al Qaeda attack made him look like a fool.

So they got caught lying. The proof is the email, yessiree. They did lie, and for the reasons the links show.

W wasn't running around spiking the football after 9/11.

Videos of Hiliar having coughing fits do prove she has coughing fits. Beyond that, who knows.

You're right about #1. Things can get worse - elect Hiliar and we'll find out.

4) The government is bought and paid for. It's OK for government to legislate in ways that foster business, which is a very different thing. Of course electing the person promising the 3rd Obama term isn't promising change or likely to be the agent of change.

5) The government is too big to be effective and most of the things it tries to do. It's not being an anarchist to want a cost efficient government that doesn't suck up so much of the economy to provide so little.

Hillary Clinton KNEW her aides were working with family foundation despite her pledge not to – and she even hosted dinner at her home for the charity when in office
  • Clinton's closest State Department aides were closely involved in projects with Clinton Foundation, according to emails released Tuesday
  • This was despite ethics agreements intended to create a firewall between Clinton's office and family's foundation
  • Emails released by Citizens United show aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills were in regular contact with foundation officials
  • Topics of correspondence ranged from programming at Clinton Global Initiative events to Bill Clinton's public remarks
  • Clinton signed ethics agreement saying she wouldn't be personally involved in state department matters related to foundation
  • But State Department said her closet staffers were bound by no such restrictions

What does Jersey development deals have anything to do with being a POTUS? Was there something your eluding too? Was he found guilty of criminal action? I'm not following here.

Regarding the university... Is that all? Like are you really going to hold that in the same light as what Hillary has been lying about her entire time in Government office? She got people killed and then lied to their families...

How hard is it to draw the line that connects the dots here? He said he hopes Trump can clean up the system and its endemic corruption, I said Trump has been dealing with Jersey politicians to get real estate development deals done for decades. I'd call it an open secret at this point that you gotta grease a lot of palms and deal with a lot of shady motherfuckers with mafia ties to get anything done in that cesspool. Ergo, I wouldn't expect Trump to be the guy to clean up anything.

As for Hillary and Trump, they are equally corrupt and corruptible in my opinion and I'm not voting for either.

No real fact. So you're just assuming. Got it.

Just trying to figure out your stance on it.

Jersey has one of the most corrupt governments in the nation.

ABSCAM
McGreevey resignation over being gay (he shouldn't have lied)
2009, 44 people indicted for taking bribes to allow building permits
Mayor Frank Hague of Jersey City retired a multimillionaire on a mayor's salary due to bribes he accepted (but couldn't be proven)
Senator Robert Menendez indicted on 14 criminal corruption counts in April 2016
Senator Robert Toricelli withdrew from his reelection over illegal campaign donations, and was censured by the senate ethics committee for it
Boardwalk Empire is based on a true story
Trenton mayor Tony Mac was found guilty in 2014 of taking bribes in exchange for selling city property below market
Mayor William Musto of Union City and state senator was convicted of racketeering and taking a bribe

and plenty more

Really, you can't imagine anything worse than the current state of the nation?

You must think things are pretty bad here. I recommend a trip to, say, Somalia to give you some perspective.

barfo
That is right where we are headed! Clintons will open the gates and sell what ever else they can including weapons to those we the people are against.
Wake up and see the path that we are following.

Agree with your first line, but I note you left out Bridgegate and, more relevantly, Christie forgiving Trump's tax debt.

New Jersey's problems are not limited to one party.

RRRRRRRREEEEEEEAAAAAACH

Talk about your wishful thinking.

What bribes were involved in Bridgegate?

Trump's debt forgiveness, if there was such a thing, isn't corruption.

How do you know that? Certainly it has the appearance of corruption, and that's your standard for conviction, it seems.

He appointed Golan Cipel to run the state's homeland security department, in exchange for sexual favors. Those favors never came to be and McGreevy came out of the closet after he was sued for sexual harassment. He was expecting a bribe (sexual favors).

If you can prove Trump paid Christie for the debt forgiveness, then you might be onto something.

That's a rather fascinating interpretation.

If you can prove Trump paid Christie for the debt forgiveness, then you might be onto something.

And if you can prove that Clinton did anything worthy of charges, then you might be onto something. But you can't and you aren't. So sad, but don't worry. Now you have an excuse to be angry for another eight years!

You can't handle the truth.

It's already been proven Clinton did things worthy of charges. There are numerous prosecutors who would have charged her, regardless of the FBI's non-binding recommendations.

Sorry, but no. Internet prosecutors don't count.

Keep trying though. Maybe another 20 years and another $20 million spent on investigations will turn something up.

Or you could just declare her a witch and burn her at the stake.
