The military gets to turn in absentee ballots later than most.I know we’re in a different time zone but Dems are still casting ballots in Florida.

Of course, it's all part of our evil plot to steal the election just like we tried to do against Trump. It'll all be found out and indictments will flow any day now.Lawyers for Gillum, Nelson campaigns objected to noncitizen's vote being denied
By Adam Shaw | Fox News
Republican strategist Alana Roethle, Democratic strategist Antjuan Seawright discuss their reactions to the recount demanded in Florida Senate and governor races.
Lawyers for the Florida Democratic gubernatorial and Senate candidates objected Friday to the rejection of a provisional ballot cast by a noncitizen, according to a transcript obtained by Fox News.
The incident occurred during a canvassing meeting Friday in Palm Beach County, where provisional ballots were being examined. According to the draft transcript of the meeting, taken by a court reporter hired by the Florida Republican Party, a provisional ballot was ordered excluded from the count, as it came from a non-U.S. citizen.
“First one of these we’ve seen,” said Judge August Bonativa.
“Not a U.S. citizen, not counted.” said Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher, according to the transcript.
It was at this point where lawyers representing Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum and Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla., issued objections -- although they did not give reasons for those objections. The objections were noted, but the vote was still not counted.
“It’s shameful, there’s no excuse for objecting to the rejection of a non-U.S. citizen vote, but this is just one example of the shenanigans and corruption we’ve seen from the Democrats in Florida for so many years. We will not let them steal this election from us,” he said.
The results of the machine recount are due by Nov. 15. On Saturday, Trump warned that “we are watching closely.”
I'm shocked, that could be the vote that decides who the governor or Senator will be. Outrageous.Parkland school shooter registered to vote while in jail, outraging victim's father
By Robert Gearty | Fox News
Parkland school shooter Nikolas Cruz became a registered Florida voter behind bars in Broward County outraging the father of one of his victims.
“He’s a mass murderer, he’s already confessed and he shouldn’t have the right to vote,” Andrew Pollack, 52, told Fox News Saturday.

Cruz, 20, has been charged with walking into Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in February with an AR-15 and opening fire -- killing 17 people including Pollack’s daughter. Meadow Pollack would have turned 18 in October and could have voted for the first time, her father said.
“To allow him to register to vote when my daughter can’t, it’s like sticking a big knife in my heart,” Pollack said.
Pollack said he found out that Cruz was a registered voter as he monitors the ongoing vote count in Broward which has drawn controversy.
Republican Florida Gov. Rick Scott, was holding a razor-thin lead over Democratic incumbent Bill Nelson in the race for U.S. Senator as votes were still being tallied in Broward and Palm Beach Friday. Florida's Secretary of State ordered a machine recount in the Senate and governor's race.
“I didn’t believe it myself until I went online,” Pollack said.
The Florida Secretary of State’s website shows that Cruz was registered to vote in July with the Broward jail as his home address. Cruz’ voter information was blocked from public view later Saturday.
As a registered voter in jail, Cruz would have been eligible to vote by absentee ballot. It’s unclear if he applied to vote absentee or if he voted.
Under Florida law, men and women being held in pre-trial detention and those serving time for misdemeanors have been allowed to vote.
Florida permanently bars convicted felons from voting but on Election Day voters approved an amendment giving the potential right to vote back to over one million felons. The amendment passed with 64 percent of the vote. It takes effect Jan. 8, 2019.
Cruz, who has admitted the killings, is awaiting trial for 17 murders. He has offered to plead guilty if prosecutors don’t pursue the death penalty. Prosecutors have refused.
“This election would have been my beautiful Meadow's 1st election, but she wasn't able to vote because 18-1958 murdered her during the Parkland shooting,” Pollack said in one tweet, referring to Cruz by his inmate number. “If she can’t vote because of that monster, why should he be allowed to register to vote? Shame on Sheriff Israel & SOE Snipes!”
Pollack’s reply said in part, “My daughter was murdered and buried. She can’t vote.”

It’s time to hold Broward County elections supervisor Brenda Snipes accountable.
Conspiracy theories are bad for civic life.
So are conspiracies.
I wonder if there is one mentally normal adult walking these fruited plains — even the most craven, abject, brain-dead partisan Democrat — who believes that what has been going on in Broward County, Fla., is anything other than a brazen attempt to reverse the Republican victories in the state’s Senate, gubernatorial, and (not to be overlooked) agriculture commissioner’s races. I cannot imagine that there is, but it is really quite something to see partisan Democrats — the same people who pretend to believe that the 2016 presidential election was invalid because Boris and Natasha posted something on Facebook — watch not only utterly contented but with joy in their hearts as the rolling crime wave that is Broward County elections supervisor Brenda Snipes and her coconspirators try to actually steal an election or three.
People turn to conspiracy theories for all sorts of reasons, but one of those reasons is that corrupt Democratic officials in state and federal governments — this is not an equally bipartisan problem — have by their criminal actions rendered those kinds of suspicions more plausible. Nobody — nobody who isn’t stupid — really thinks that Lois Lerner and her Democratic colleagues at the Internal Revenue Service were just doing trying to do their duty when they illegally targeted and harassed Tea Party groups and other critics of the Obama administration. Nobody really believes that Hillary Rodham Clinton is just some dotty old bat who doesn’t know how email works. No rational adult believes that HSS Secretary Kathleen Sibelius, EPA boss Lisa Jackson (a.k.a. “Richard Windsor”), and all those other Obama-administration officials were using secret email accounts set up under fake names to avoid getting spam in their in-boxes. It is difficult to believe that it was pure coincidence that John Kerry’s stepson went into the foreign-investment business with Joe Biden’s son at just the moment their fathers were in a position to shape U.S. foreign policy. It’s one thing to be an angry partisan — it’s another thing to abandon all self-respect and pretend not to see what you see.
And that’s just at the federal level: Who can defend corrupt Texas prosecutor Rosemary Lehmberg’s prosecution of Rick Perry or her predecessor’s laughable prosecutions of Tom DeLay and Kay Bailey Hutchison as anything other than naked political vendettas?
Whatever bedtime stories Democrats tell themselves so that they can sleep at night, this stuff is obvious corruption. Philadelphia has a long history of voting shenanigans, from elections that had to be overturned because of rampant vote fraud (“We found ballots cast on behalf of dead people, fictitious people and real people living in such places as Las Vegas, Greenland and Crete,” the Philadelphia Inquirer reported about one case. “We found ballots cast from vacant lots and abandoned buildings”) to the rather active citizenship of “Joseph J. Cheeseboro,” who has voted in at least eight elections — sometimes twice — in spite of his registered addresses being a vacant lot and a 7-Eleven.
The bigger problem is this: Even if Brenda Snipes were simply a wildly incompetent dope with no business overseeing anything more complicated than the slow assembly of a Lego project — and I mean one of the little kids’ Duplo sets, not even the real-deal full-on Lego — the history of obvious and undeniable corruption in electoral and related matters makes malfeasance a perfectly reasonable supposition.
Petty corruption and non-petty corruption both undermine faith in public institutions and democratic processes. The less people trust in those institutions, the less effective those institutions are. People either become less inclined to participate in those corrupted processes or — seeing the corruption and assuming that it represents the normal and expected state of play — come to accept or even to encourage similar corruption on their own side. One suspects that the Democrats spend so much time wailing about “disenfranchisement” — which is how they describe the enforcement of ordinary voting laws and standards of credibility — for precisely that reason. If you tell yourself that you are just trying to level the playing field, you can justify all kinds of corruption.
The Democrats have been playing with fire for a long time. Both Florida and the United States offer criminal penalties for official misconduct regarding elections. It is time to make an example.

Oh, you're just a rabble rouser.
Yeah, we know California has twice as may undocumented aliens as the number two state, Texas. What about it?
All my life I've wanted to serve on a jury yet I never got called. Then, out of the blue, about five years ago, I got called. Before my day arrived, I got told that they didn't need me. But, hope springs eternal and I've been called twice since then. Sadly, I was unable to serve both because of my medical condition and my age. Either reason gets me out. Too bad, because of my problem solving skills learned in engineering, I think I could have been a help in arriving at a just decision.Wow, people lie to get out of jury duty. I'm shocked I'm telling you, shocked!
Also a simple google search would show that California uses DMV records, not voter registration. California is a Motor Voter state so citizenship is checked and verified at the DMV.
Ah, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha haDem billionaire exposed for rigging Alabama election and tipping it to Democrat Jones. Paid for thousands of FAKE RUSSIAN accounts. Slandered Roy Moore and painted him as a traitor to his country. Also created and presented to Congress a fake "report" about Russian influence to hurt Hillary and help Trump. This is perjury.
Should be facing years in prison as each count of voter fraud is usually sentenced individually.
By law, a special election should take place to replace the illegitimate "winner" Doug Jones.
It shows how empty the Libs are, that they needed to do this to beat maybe the worst candidate in America, couldn't do it fairly on their record.
Liberal billionaire apologizes for funding 'false flag' effort to link Kremlin to Republican in Alabama Senate race
By Lukas Mikelionis | Fox News
Democratic operatives created fake Russian bots to link Russia to Roy Moore in Alabama election
Liberal Silicon Valley billionaire Reid Hoffman issued an apology on Wednesday for funding a group that falsely tried to give an impression the Russian government was supporting Alabama Republican Roy Moore in last year’s Senate election against now-Sen. Doug Jones.
Hoffman, the co-founder of LinkedIn, is one of Silicon Valley’s top donors to the Democratic campaigns and PACs. In the last election cycle he donated $7 million to Democratic groups, though his money also pours into non-traditional groups that aren’t mandated to report their funding and often operate in the shadows.
One such groups is American Engagement Technologies (AET), a firm run by former Obama appointee Mikey Dickerson, which received $750,000 from Hoffman and was part of the effort to falsely portray the Republican’s senate bid as being supported by the Kremlin.

Hoffman said AET went on to facilitate a secret project with a budget of $100,000. One participant in the project was Jonathon Morgan, the chief executive of New Knowledge, a firm that wrote a report – released by the Senate Intelligence Committee earlier this month – about Russia’s social media operations in the 2016 election and its efforts to hurt Hillary Clinton and help Donald Trump.

Democratic operatives then created thousands of fake Russian accounts on Twitter and began following Moore, prompting attention from local and national media that falsely suggested Russia is backing Moore’s candidacy.
The project also involved creating a Facebook page and imitated conservative Alabamians who weren’t satisfied with the Republican candidate while encouraging others to write in another candidate.
DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVES CREATED FAKE RUSSIAN BOTS DESIGNED TO LINK KREMLIN TO ROY MOORE IN ALABAMA RACE
The disinformation campaign was first revealed by the New York Times that obtained an internal report detailing the efforts.
"We orchestrated an elaborate ‘false flag’ operation that planted the idea that the Moore campaign was amplified on social media by a Russian botnet."
— The project's internal report.
It also took credit for “radicalizing Democrats with a Russian bot scandal” after experimenting “with many of the tactics now understood to have influenced the 2016 elections.”
The multi-million Senate Alabama race ended with Jones victory over the embattled Republican, who lost the support of the party amid the allegations of misconduct, becoming the first Democratic senator from Alabama in more than 20 years.

At first, I was going to challenge you on your post but then I saw your source was Fox News and my heart sank. Drats, foiled again.Wow.
Dems deliberately presented a fake report to Congress in an attempt to protect the Deep State.
Treading on the edge of Treason, far over the line of perjury.
Group touted by Democrats for 'bombshell' Russia report was behind Alabama Senate race tricks
By Lukas Mikelionis | Fox News
Democratic operatives created fake Russian bots to link Russia to Roy Moore in Alabama election
A cybersecurity company that participated in a disinformation campaign against a Republican candidate in the Alabama Senate race reportedly penned a Senate report touted as a “bombshell” about Russian social media operations in the 2016 presidential election.
New Knowledge, a leading firm on Russia related cyber issues, was one of the two firms whose report on Russian activities during the presidential election was published by the Senate Intelligence Committee earlier this month.
The report claims that the Russians troll farms used all social media platforms and even mobile games such as Pokemon Go to influence the election and allegedly sway voters to President Trump.
“The scale was massive,” New Knowledge researchers wrote of Russian disinformation, with the alleged campaign “reaching 126 million people on Facebook, posting 10.4 million tweets on Twitter, uploading 1,000+ videos to YouTube, and reaching over 20 million users on Instagram.”
“Incredible. These bombshell reports demonstrate just how far Russia went to exploit the fault lines of our society and divide Americans, in an attempt to undermine and manipulate our democracy,” wrote Virginia Sen. Mark Warner, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee.
But the credibility of the cybersecurity firm took a hit after revelations in the New York Times that it collaborated with another firm, American Engagement Technologies, to replicate those very same alleged Russian tactics during the Alabama Senate race.
The secret effort, dubbed as the “Birmingham Project,” was facilitated by AET, a firm run by former Obama official Mikey Dickerson and funded by Silicon Valley billionaire Reid Hoffman, allocating $100,000 for the project.
LIBERAL BILLIONAIRE APOLOGIZES FOR FUNDING 'FALSE FLAG' EFFORT TO LINK KREMLIN TO REPUBLICAN IN ALABAMA SENATE RACE
Jonathan Morgan, the chief executive of New Knowledge, collaborated with the AET in reportedly creating thousands of fake Russian accounts on Twitter in a bid to give an impression that the Russians are supporting Republican candidate Roy Moore’s candidacy.
The project also involved creating a Facebook page and imitated conservative Alabamians who weren’t satisfied with the Republican candidate while encouraging others to write in another candidate.
"[Birmingham Project] ran a digital messaging operation to influence the outcome of the AL senate race."

The internal report of the Birmingham Project openly states that the group “ran a digital messaging operation to influence the outcome of the AL senate race” between September and December of 2017, according to BuzzFeed.

NY TIMES REPORTER SPOKE AT EVENT ORGANIZED BY GROUP BEHIND SECRET ALABAMA SENATE RACE DISINFORMATION CAMPAIGN
According to BuzzFeed, Dickerson and Sara Hudson, a former Department of Justice employee who went on to work for another firm funded by Hoffman, spoke at a private meeting in September where they said their secret project managed to suppress Republican votes, energize Democratic voters and plant a “false flag” against the Republican campaign.

The Birmingham Project's internal report also takes credit for the high Democratic turnout and a drop in Republican turnout and said their campaign led to increased votes for write-in candidates.
Jones went on to win against the embattled Republican, who lost the support of the party amid sexual misconduct allegations, becoming the first Democratic senator from Alabama in more than 20 years.
Jones said last week that he is “outraged” over the report and wants a federal investigation over the project.
“I'd like to see the Federal Election Commission and the Justice Department look at this to see if there were any laws being violated and, if there were, prosecute those responsible,” he said. “These authorities need to use this example right now to start setting the course for the future to let people know that this is not acceptable in the United States of America.”
Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall said his office is looking into the project. Though he didn’t call it an actual investigation, he expressed fears that the scheme could have swayed the election.

Yet another Latino criminal. This individual is proof positive that none of them can be trusted.Illegal immigrant voted using fake ID, report says

Enrique Salazar Ortiz, 63, of Elmendorf, Texas, has been sentenced to 30 months in prison, authorities say. (Bexar County Sheriff's Office)
An illegal immigrant living in Texas who used a stolen ID to vote at his local polling place received a prison sentence Thursday, according to reports.
The suspect, identified as Enrique Salazar Ortiz, of Elmendorf, near San Antonio, will serve nearly three years.
Salazar Ortiz, a native of Mexico, was convicted of making a false statement on a passport application, unlawful voting by an undocumented immigrant and aggravated identity theft, the San Antonio Express-News reported.
The defendant used the name Jesse H. Vargas Jr. when voting in the 2016 election, a report said, although it was unclear how many other times he may have voted illegally.
Authorities said a man with Vargas’ name and birth date had left the area as a teenager, when the now-57-year-old man's family moved to California. But despite that, someone has used Vargas’ ID to vote in local elections “since at least 1994,” Bexar County elections administrator Jacque Callanen told the Express-News.
A public defender told U.S. District Judge Fred Biery that three other men had used the Vargas identity over the years. She said Salazar Ortiz began using the name several years back after buying a birth certificate from a man in a bar for $20.
His fake ID was detected by the State Department in December 2016 when he mailed in a passport application, the newspaper reported, adding that he was arrested during a raid at his home in August 2017.
A couple years ago wife and I were at Disney World with our kids and grandkids, it was June and it was already hot a muggy with huge lines. A fight broke out with a few people that were in front of us because a group of about 6 guys and gals pushed their way in the line and disrespected the ones in line. I thought my son in law was going to get booted because he was in their face telling them to get their ass's in line like every other paying customer of Disney World. My point is there are people that could give a crap about rules and regulations and even less about respecting those that do and try and use pushiness to cheat their way in life. They were asked to leave for a while and come back pout are not kicked out for almost staring a huge brawl. This is how I feel about illegals that try and circumvent a system that requires an orderly process. Yep the need to speed up that process but for jerks that have no regard or respect for our borders, they can pound salt all day long.Yet another Latino criminal. No wall, but better enforcement with order!
I agree with that if indeed they are escaping certain death. In that case it's our responsibility to have a system to quickly make since determinations as to whom is legit and who's trying to circumvent the rules.Yeah, in my earlier years I might have joined that brawl for your reasons.
I consider most migrants to be in a very different plight. I see them as desperately seeking an escape from near certain death where they came from. \
When you're fighting for your life or the lives of your loved ones I think all of us might get pushy.
If it was me and my family I think I would follow rules and protocol rather than put my family in danger. I wouldn't care if it tool me 5 years to get in I would find a place to wait and respect their laws too. If you were on the Titanic and you knew there weren't enough lifeboats even for the women and children and your wife and children were at the end of the line do you think you might get pushy? It's human nature. The immigrants aren't even pushing anyone to their death in their bid to save themselves and their family. In fact, this reason is a legal basis for a Green Card. Let's let the applicants be adjudicated. If they're flight is a reasonable risk, then you keep them contained such that they can't get out before being adjudicated. If it was me and my family I think I would follow rules and protocol rather than put my family in danger.
