Its the incredible one man army.
Was a good night for me tonight boys(and girls!). I haven’t been out here talking about it but I’ve been single for a long time - by choice. I’m hard to catch, and those who have caught me, released me. So I stay grounded and try not to get ahead of myself in times like this.
I met a really awesome woman tonight. It was the kind of date that stands out and felt different. I feel like we got each other on that level that you don’t always get people at.
Sounds like that feeling goes both ways, and I’m excited to see where things go. At the very least I know I met a really amazing person tonight who I consider myself fortunate to be friends with.
I know I haven’t been around the forum as much in the last year. I’m sorry for that because the truth is this forum, and those who make it what it is, were incredibly instrumental in me finding my footing once again. Some of you who have posted here for a long time may remember what I’ve gone through in life. You guys helped me feel accepted and good about myself, and I will gladly take the clothes off of my back to say thank you to all of you whom have made me feel appreciated as a person.
Basically that is to say I would not have felt as comfortable in my shoes tonight if you guys hadn’t helped teach me that I should feel comfortable in them.
I hope you all know that while I’ve been ‘absent’, this forum and all of you hot heads and homers on it have not been far from my mind. I view it like somewhat of a family here, and I will never turn my back on my family.
I really appreciate all of you, and I need you to know that!
