Politics Enough with the Hillary cult: Her admirers ignore reality, dream of worshipping a queen

Her deleting emails when she did is about as illegal as you deleting your emails.

Not a crime, and just about as important, too.

Uh, no. There's no congressional committee asking me for my emails.

There were arabs around the world who did celebrate on 9/11. Whether it happened in NJ or not.

Maybe you think there is a giant conspiracy

I didn't say what I think. I gave you my memory, I remember seeing. Then a gave you a fact, I can't not find any evidence of what I saw, these days. Damned if I know why.

As for the relatives, I believe that's been investigated pretty thoroughly
Hundreds of Saudis went home the few day after the attack. I doubt anyone has a clue whom they all were relative of, but then it really doesn't matter, there was a mass exodus of their countryman (the majority of the attackers).

Uh, no. There's no congressional committee asking me for my emails.

You missed the point. The congressional committee had not yet asked her for her emails when she deleted them.

Now, you can claim she guessed that they would subpoena her, and that she deleted them because of that expectation - and that might or might not be true, but we'll never know.

And it's pretty hard to get an indictment based on 'maybe, there's no way of ever knowing'. The courts require more proof than Denny Crane's suppositions.

Ha ha. Yes, there were people around the world who did celebrate on 9/11. How is that even remotely relevant?

Are you saying Donald Trump doesn't know the difference between New Jersey and Pakistan?

I didn't say what I think. I gave you my memory, I remember seeing. Then a gave you a fact, I can't not find any evidence of what I saw, these days. Damned if I know why.

Well, you and the Donald share the same false memories, I guess?

Hundreds of Saudis went home the few day after the attack. I doubt anyone has a clue whom they all were relative of

So you admit the Donald was lying when he said he did know?

, but then it really doesn't matter, there was a mass exodus of their countryman (the majority of the attackers).

Sure, the mass exodus after the attacks makes perfect sense. Imagine that you were in some foreign country and the US, or some US citizens, suddenly killed 3000 locals. Wouldn't you want to get the hell out?

barfo

Ha ha. Yes, there were people around the world who did celebrate on 9/11. How is that even remotely relevant?

barfo

No. I saw on TV scenes similar to what he described. I don't see why that's funny.

I don't think highly of Trump or his supporters, really. The man is a birther, and that's just for starters.

Pesky little things those facts are...

You missed the point. Yes they had. Since you like large fonts:

2012
Sept. 11: Islamic extremists launch the terrorist attacks on U.S. compounds in Benghazi, Libya, killing Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans.

October: Clinton convenes Accountability Review Board (ARB) to investigate State Dept. actions surrounding Benghazi.

After the ARB and Congress call for Benghazi-related documents, top Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan are allegedly present at a document sorting session in the basement of the State Dept., according to Deputy Assistant Secretary Raymond Maxwell, who later told me he witnessed the operation. No law enforcement body contacted or interviewed Maxwell.

...

Nov. 7: Judicial Watch files Freedom of Information (FOI) Act request with State Dept. for Benghazi-related emails and other information.

December: I (then at CBS News) file a Freedom of Information Act request with the State Dept. for Benghazi-related emails and other information.

...

2013

Feb. 25: Judicial Watch files two lawsuits against State Dept. for failing to lawfully respond to FOI requests.

...

2014

June 13: Judicial Watch files a FOI request with State Dept. seeking Benghazi information and Clinton notes.

August: State Dept. provides House Benghazi Committee with eight emails to or from Clinton that, for the first time, show her use of a private email account.

Sept. 4: Judicial Watch sues State Dept. for failure to respond to a June 13, 2014 FOI request seeking Benghazi records and Clinton notes.

Sept. 17: House Benghazi Committee holds its first public hearing. Topic: implementation of ARB recommendations.

October: State Dept. sends letters to Clinton and her three predecessors as secretary of state seeking work emails related to personal accounts.

Nov. 18: House Benghazi Committee makes additional request for Clinton emails from State Dept.

Nov. 26: President Obama signs into law an updated Federal Records Act requiring public officials to forward all work-related email to their government address.

December: House Benghazi Committee sends request to the White House for documents and communications pertaining to Benghazi.

Dec. 5: Clinton privately turns over copies of 30,490 “work-related” emails to the State Dept. totaling 55,000 printed pages. No date has been provided as to when she deleted her “private” emails, but it is presumed to be around this time frame.

Wow, all that and you end with "No date has been provided as to when she deleted her “private” emails, but it is presumed to be around this time frame."

Presumed?

Tell us, Judge Crane, is the defendant presumed innocent, or presumed guilty in this country?

Does it matter, barfo?

She printed out the emails, so they had to exist on the server (not deleted) long after investigators were interested in them.

In the case of spoliation, guilty until proven innocent.

No, none of this matters. It's all a conservative gotcha fantasy which will, in the end, just make y'all look petty.

If she was standing over a bloody corpse with the bloody knife in her hand and only her fingerprints on the knife, you'd say it was a gotcha fantasy.

That's where the cult thing comes in. She walks on water, as far as you're concerned.

Hillary destroyed thousands of e-mails about her “private” dealings. Destruction of evidence — not to mention leaving foreign donations off the foundation’s tax returns (recall that McDonnell left the “loans” off bank documents) — tends to underscore that the couple was hiding something and that the evidence in those e-mails or the entities listed on the tax returns would have been incriminating. In the case of the e-mails there is a legal concept known as “spoliation of evidence.” In short, if a court finds that a party has destroyed evidence, it is permissible to assume that it would have proven guilt. (“[C]ourts have long employed the adverse inference jury instruction or ‘spoliation inference,’ to sanction spoliation of evidence. Under this inference, the jury is instructed that it may assume that the lost evidence, if available, would have been unfavorable to the spoliator.”) Again, we are not in court, but the common-sense inference that many voters and the media may make is that destroying the e-mails was in essence a cover-up.

Nope. She's far from my ideal candidate. But she's been investigated pretty heavily and nothing has come of any of it. Something about false alarms and wolves here.

Why does Hillary lying offend you so much more than Trump lying? Is it a cult thing?

Nothing has come of it? It's still an ongoing investigation. If there was nothing wrong here, there'd have been no reason to investigate at all.

I just ridiculed Trump for being a birther. It's not about lying, it's about breaking the law and YOU agreeing she should be above it.

Yes, it's an ongoing investigation. An investigation existing does not prove guilt. If it did, there would be no reason to investigate at all.

I'm not saying she should be above the law. If those in charge find cause for indicting her, then she should be indicted. If the legal system decides she's guilty of something, then by all means she should be appropriately punished.

I am saying that those things haven't happened, and aren't likely to happen, despite years of lobbying for it from you and yours.

It may well be that she is above the law. No way Obama administration indicts the Democratic Party nominee if there's some weak excuse that you'll buy.

It doesn't matter what I buy or don't buy. I have zero influence on the outcome, same as you.

I notice you are now moving on to the conspiracy theory, as I predicted. Good for you.

No conspiracy, just cover up.

It doesn't matter what you buy because you'll vote for the wicked witch of the west if she has a D next to her name.

You do buy it and the try to sell it, like the cult it is.

No sale.

Uh oh.

http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-...nformation-to-court-under-penalty-of-perjury/

In view of [20] the Government’s status report, the Court hereby directs the Government to request that Mrs. Hillary Clinton, Ms. Huma Abedin, and Ms. Cheryl Mills i) not delete any federal documents, electronic or otherwise, in their possession or control, and ii) provide appropriate assurances to the Government that the above-named individuals will not delete any such documents. The Government shall inform the Court of the status of its compliance with this Order no later than August 12, 2015, including a copy of any assurances provided by Mrs. Clinton, Ms. Abedin and Ms. Mills that they will not delete any federal documents in their possession or control. Signed by Judge Emmet G. Sullivan on August 7, 2015.

Uh oh, uh oh.

I, Hillary Rodham Clinton, declare under penalty of perjury that the following is true and correct:
...

Perjury.

How do we know Denny's hacker didn't delete the emails?

"Our analysis of Guccifer’s behavior in the interview left little doubt in our minds that—unfortunately—it was.

Let us be clear that in this case, the behavior available for analysis is quite minimal. Having said that, based on the lack of deceptive indicators exhibited by Guccifer in response to McFadden’s questions, we have concluded with a high degree of confidence that Guccifer was very likely successful in penetrating Clinton’s email server, as he claimed. "

Ha ha. This guy's 'analysis' is even weaker than yours, Denny.

barfo

Expert witness. High degree of confidence.

Phil Houston is CEO of QVerity, a training and consulting company specializing in detecting deception by employing a model he developed while at the Central Intelligence Agency. He has conducted thousands of interviews and interrogations for the CIA and other federal agencies. His colleague Don Tennant contributed to this report.

A lot of materials ordered by the court from the government were delivered two months late because the government sent the request for information to a coupleof old email accounts.

Slick!
