Thanks for reminding me on that... n00bs try and get rep'd as often as possible... eventually you can cash it in for stuff like a night with "THE" Mrs HCP, or Soup Kitchen community service with Ben Davis!!!

I'm not a Blazers fan, but I still stick around this board, even though it's primarily Blazers fans, just because it's a good community of posters who know their basketball. It's also big enough to have your opinion heard and discussed yet small enough to where it won't be overlooked. I hope ya'll stick around.

I left ESPN years ago. Same name, and jlprk will tell you that board sucked once I left, and all he had left to battle with were ESPN mods. :)
 
Remember Akhenaton? She was a Blazer fan only because of Pippen. She lived in North Dakota, I think. Later I wondered whether she was Minstrel here.

Minstrel certainly had some effeminate traits, and yes, I remember Akhenaton. Is this where we commiserate over a warm beer about the 'good old days' of ESPN, and the LIL CHOLO wars?
 
Remember ProudBlazerFan? He was the board leader to purge the immoral players. He wrote e-mails and got responses from team management. He had some medical problem from it like fainting spells or nausea. Later on BBB, he only posted to tell us all the financial details of his divorce.

He hated my guts. Bring back Bob!

Minstrel wasn't joking when she said several times that she was a woman.

Remember how any smart person, once he got banned once, created several screen names in case it happened again? After a couple of years I had 8-10 just in case. I told the board and you guys got paranoid that I was using them all. I used only about 2-3 for any duration, and the others maybe twice a year each. It was fun to argue with myself, but here I have to use you. Not as good.

WTF. Did you just call me an ESPN mod?

I can say with 100% honesty that I certainly am NOT a former ESPN mod (not sure why everyone thinks that). I don't have enough hours in a day to take care of all of my employees and my family as it is. I certainly don't have time to mod a forum. I just use this these forums as an escape mechanism from real life while being able to retain my anonymity. I suppose I'm going to have to join into the conversations again as my ESPN boards I've belonged to for 15 years are finally coming to an end. Please welcome my terrible, hyperbolistic postings.

Thanks Mick. I'm still around. I just don't post here much because there's like 20 posts between every time I come look and I lose a thread quickly nowadays when I don't have as much time to post any longer.

Thanks for reading the forum! I posted that just to see which of you I could spur into signing up to reply to it. LOL. I know this forum is full of a bunch of 20 year old analytics majors.
 
Reformed ESPNer here as well. But I am not exactly "new" since I joined here a few years ago, just haven't posted in a looooong time. Hope more of the ESPN regs come here, I don't care for the 503 boards that were created. I do remember jlprk from way back though.

If DomDom follows us, we do not claim him. But I don't think we will hear much from him anymore, after his "Howard will stay in LA" rants.
