Oh dang. I was just listening to the Lowe Post during my workout yesterday…he didn’t know this was coming. Especially with the hole that Woj left, he probably thought he was safe.

I wonder if he would want to be a mod here?

Can someone have his people contact my people?

He was the best thing left on ESPN. No JJ Reddick, not Woj, no Lowe. Windhorst is OK, but all they have now are the screaming chicken and ?
What’s more sad to me is I never really listened to ESPN breakdowns or trade talk but I always watched TNT for the basketball talks and laughes.

Now TNT will be gone after this season and ESPN has lost/gotten rid of the few good peeps they had that talked basketball

Sad times for basketball fans imo

WTF?!? Haven't you been there for years?!? I'm so sorry.

Nah that was my last job, but same scenario about a year ago. That company did me solid. 6 months severance equalling over 50k and kept me on thier insurance for 6 months and then let me stay on but pay the fees indefinitely.
But they just couldn't sustain my position any longer after all the supply chain issues and construction instability.
I tried a new line of work but, three months in they sold to a national and everything started changing including work backlog diminished.
Then this last Tuesday they pinkslipped 50% of the service management across 7 states.
Blessing in disquise though, as this last year really cemented what i want moving forward and the direction i need to go to maintain personal happiness and still be a valued team member of wherever i land. But i know to stick with what i know and not venture out into something new. Lol

Spectacular attitude. Seriously this kind of approach is really inspirational. I'm sure you'll find the right fit soon. I'd say good luck but it sounds like you're the type of person who makes your own.

Wow surprised he was let go. I'd assume he will spend some time on the Ringer now, at least until he finalizes a long term role wherever that is. Bill Simmons hired Zach at ESPN when he was running Grantland.

I am sure both Amazon and NBC are hiring people for their upcoming NBA coverage. He will have a home sooner or later, I am sure.

Zach is my go-to guy on the national level. The Lowe Post is an incredibly solid podcast. I hope this continues.
