Ever do something really dumb....

but didn't realize it was dumb until the day after? Yesterday I moved a washer by myself from one part of the house to the other. Well I was doing it it wasn't painful or even straining (I didn't pick it up for anything, I just kinda scooted it around, tipped it on it's side, lifted up off the floor after tipping it...) but now my back is KILLING me. I think I am going to have to get an ice back on my way home and hope that helps. If not then a doctor might be in my future.</p>
