I've met a lot of players covering the Utah summer league; some of the most notible are Diop, Amare Stoudamire, Jarron and Jason Collins, Zarko Cabarkapa, Jon Steffinson. I've also met some coaches including PJ Carlisimo, Avery Johnson, Del Harris, Larry Brown, Gregg Popovich, and Larry Bird. as for other famous people I've met; Jim Kelly, Ryan Denny, Steve Young, Frank Layden, Orrin Hatch, Kix Brooks, and I have shaken hands with both Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush.

I saw Usher and Ludacris last night for sure, and Lil' Wayne..All at the Hawks game last night..I don't know why Lil' Wayne would be there though..I've met Steve Atwater, a former NFL superstar..He lives in my friends neighborhood, I met him when I went trickortreating like 3 years ago..He said I had very big hands?..This year, I met him again after a football game, I tackled his son..haha http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/AtwaSt00.htm

The only celebrity I've talked to is a skateboarder named Rodney Mullen. This was back when skateboarding was hot in puerto rico and everyone did it. It was so weird meeting someone who you have played as in video games
smile.gif
Good experience.

Rodney Mullen.. I remember him from the Tony Hawk games.. Wasnt he the guy godly at Manuals?

Yeah that's why he was my favorite. He could do amazing things without leaving the ground.

Morgan Freeman, he owns a bar/restaurant close to Memphis(in Mississippi), and I went there once with my dad and he was there. I swear he talked to everybody in that placeand Samuel L. Jackson, he and Justin Timberlake did a war movie here in Memphis, and my dad friend was a stand in for him, and he introduced me to him.Pierre Niles too, for yall college folk. He and my brother were good friends(we all played league football together)

Well I've talked to Milt Stegall when he came to our school. Other than that... :dunno:For those who don't know him he's a WR for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and the best receiver in CFL history.

No, I live in Canada, so not many famous people here...I did meet the founder of Tim Hortons though. For those of you who don't know, Tim Hortons is a huge fast food chain up here.

Just last night I talked to Fabricio Oberto. He is a regular at the grocery store I work at. Ive also talked to Manu Ginobili and Antonio Daniels, both of them also come to the HEB I work at. Antonio Daniels is only there during the summer because obviously he cant play in D.C. and live in San Antonio during the season. Ive also seen Tim Duncan, Michael Finley, Josh Beckett, and Stone Cold Steve Austin at the store but I have never talked to them.

.But it's hella good.

Oh sh*t J-Rich's post reminded me a few years ago I was in DC and the Marlins were in town to play the Nationals, which I didn't realize until I woke up and went into the lobby and saw Carlos Delgado, Josh Beckett, and AJ Burnett sitting there.

I have met George Lopez at my mom's work. I met Kobe at a Pre-season game a few years back and I met Stu Lantz (Lakers Color Announcer) at Staples Center. I also talked to The Game but he didn't talk back...
laugh.gif
I was at a Lakers Summer Pro League Game and he was seated in the more expensive seats and I yelled at him multiple times and he ignored me..don't know if that counts or not... :no1:

Unrelated to me, but my cousin:Carlos Boozer: Talked to him after a game while he was with the Cavs, Booze gave him one of his shoes. Darius Miles: Hahah my cousin has his cell number. Someone stole his rootbeer so my cousin got him a new one :lol:LeBron's Mom: He was in there before a game and was talking about LeBron with his friend and this lady was behind them and said she was LeBron's mom. She got him one of his game used headbands. And hundreds of other athletes, those are his most memorable stories. He has an memorabilia room worth a sh*t load of cash, probably six figures when its said and done.

Uh...Forgot to add some things...2 years ago when I was at a Raptors game, Rab Babcock (former Raptors bonehead GM) was sitting like two rows back of me. Didn't talk to him though....Also, I was about 10 feet away from Chris Bosh, and some other Raptors when they were warming up at halftime. I yelled "Sup Chris" when he was doing his layup drill, but he just ignored me.

We can post people related to famous people? Then I also met Jordan Farmar's parents at a Laker game, they were seated next to us during the game. They were nice people and seemed to scream and cheer on every play especially when Farmar was in the game.

I know to get his autographs he used to go to the players hotel before the games. Sometimes he'd stay after, but the one time we did we only saw Raef and Perk.

</div>I don't know how to talk to players after the game, but I do know how before the game. If you are seated in good seats (rows 10 to the floor) then you can basically walk around the court and talk to players as long as you don't bother them. You can do that at Staples Center anyway... :dunno:EDIT: BTW I'm talking like an hour or so before tip-off.
