No biggie, Moda Center is east of I-5.

BNM

Isn't I-5 to the left of the Rose Garden? So wouldn't that make it on the west side? I mean, I guess it's like, circled by I-5. But when you drive by it going south, its on the right..

Btw... I took a geology class a couple years ago. And they said by 2050 it will go up from 10% to 50%. So uhh... yay? I'll be 67 by then... and probably not living in this area. Traveling, hopefully.

Egads! You're right! Since it is east of the Willamette, I always think of Moda Center being "eastside". Plus, when I come up I-5 from the south, I exit to the east to get to Moda center, but them loop back west to park near the stadium. So yes, it is west of I-5 by about 100 feet.

I'll be 89, and if still alive, I'll be hiking up my Bermuda shorts and wearing socks with my sandals someplace like Scottsdale or Palm Springs. So, pretty much same as now, just in a warmer, drier climate.

Not even 100 feet...right across the street

I'll be 66 then...probably still be here

In the year 4545
You ain't gonna need your teeth, won't need your eyes
You won't find a thing to chew
Nobody's gonna look at you

An earthquake will destroy a sizable portion of the coastal Northwest. The question is when.

Last one was 318 years ago.

If it is only 13,000 dead, that's not bad at all for a 300-year disaster.

Course, I'll have to shoot a lot of you afterwards to take your food. It'll be like Road Warrior with mud instead of sand.

I'll account for a fair number with my trusty hunting rifle. I need food, shelter, medicine and gasoline.

The earthquake is just a false flag disaster funded by George Soros. Biden and Clinton run the earthquake racket out of an oyster shack in Reedsport. Fake news. They just want to make Trump look bad. Sad.

13 live volcanos east of interstate 5 will be the big concern one day..I'm far enough away from the coast that I may end up with coastal property though maybe be on an island half an hour inland from Florence

We live in the ring of fire. What will happen first? Earthquake or volcanic eruption? Both will happen here eventually.

Shit we live on the Alameda ridge on the east side… i thought our value of our home has really gone up lately….wait til we have an ocean view!
