Sounds like agents gave the news to Shams. Usually they report player options as they want the deal to sound as player friendly as possible. So I'm hoping there's no player options but will be nice to hear this confirmed.

Yeah, this was my first thought. I am happy regardless, but I will be a lot happier if there are no player options.

Blazers is declining Camara's last year of rookie contract option. Instead of having him for cheap for 4 years like any typical rookie contract, he will start his new contract next season. Making better money sooner. So that helped probably cause he can get on his next contract a year sooner too.
