His shot is fine. Instead of working on his jumper or his conditioning, he needs to work on his brain. He needs to work on his willingness to change his game for the sake of Jason Kidd and the Nets as a team.</p>
Change 1: Move without the ball a la Kerry Kittles</p>
Change 2: Reduce the number of fade away jumpers. I did a study over the course of a few games last year on BBB.net and proved that he makes way over 50% of his jumpers when he sets his feet and shoots straight up. He shoots way under 50% when he fades away. Change 3: Remain aggressive at the end of games even if he is not getting the foul call. No loop de loop shots. They might look cool...IF they go in. The Knicks game last Friday was a great example of how efficient Vince can be with his shots if he stays in attack mode instead of loop de loop fade away mode. It's been 10 years...Vince should not wear down his body anymore by adding gym time. Just make some simple mental adjustments and he'll be fine...</p>
