Exactly why I voted for Trump, whose views are an even mix of fiscal conservatism and social liberalism with an emphasis on the Constitutional framework this great country was built on. He has no party to which he bows and his ego drives him to become the Greatest President of all time. Both parties are already trying to take him down.

I don't believe he'll be the greatest president of all time. But I did vote for him and I'm happy I did.

I don't care to have a discussion with him anymore, you and riverman love him, thats great but I don't see how you can sit and call a certain group of people out for being "biased" when that should be rastas name. All those tweets and shit, the most annoying thing in the world and I STILL don't have him on ignore. He has me on ignore and I actually tried questioning him a few days ago but realized I was on fucking ignore.

To be honest, Rasta barely has anything to say when somebody comes at him with a good point. He just spams tweets from these verified media people who constantly tweet everything negative about trump all for retweets and follows and to get better jobs. Have you seen a trump tweet and looked at all the verified idiots who reply? it's a fucking shit fest
 
Okay so people know me on here. I am very not much for Trump or hillary. I consider myself a liberal. I chill in the middle with ideas from both sides but I do fucking hate what the progressives do to free speech and just that whole mentality they have drives me crazy. There are good people on both sides and also shitty people. Let me show you a trump tweet and the replies it gets. Every single trump tweet is like this. These people are verified because it doesn't take much to get verified these days, all you gotta do is know somebody or be apart of some sort of media, etc. It's ridiculous. That seems like a legitimate beef, but I don't do the twitter.

I remember a great line from the debates when he said they'd waste his tax payments. He just didn't mention he'd waste them too.

I'm quite sure what you say happens does happen, this just doesn't seem so bad. He probably could cure cancer and get a tweetstorm directed at him.

1) What does it mean to be 'verified' in regards to twitter?

2) What's wrong with people responding to tweets? Isn't that very similar to what we do here at S2 when we hit 'reply'?

It wasn't a personal insult for the simple reason that I don't know who he was responding to. It was just a variant on "illegitimi non carborundum". If anybody took it personally it's clearly because they think they're a fuckface.
