I think that Hawes will eventually be a sign and trade. Working out the details with Philly may take some time, so I'd guess MM will have the opportunity to get in a few more jabs.

edit: I changed my mind. Stuckey doesn't fit our team. He's a shit 3shooter and needs to jack up shots. averaging at least 10 shots in all but rookie season and never higher than .44%FG

The guy who pissed charlotte off so badly they waited until after he couldnt sign on with a playoff team before waiving him last year just got the MLE pretty much. This is starting to seem like a good plan is to wait until most of the market has dried up because otherwise we wont be able to afford anyone.

The free agent market usually bifurcates in this fashion. The first signings are big money and/or long-term. Everyone freaks out about how expensive free agency is and how we'll never get a decent player (including me). Then the money is spent and the players that don't have a musical chair are left standing waiting for whatever scraps are available from teams. And that's when you pounce.

If you say so, I have known numerous people who have suffered from cancer, my grandfather has 2 kinds at the moment and my 3 year old half brother also has cancer. I cannot imagine it is easy to find solace in that situation. If I had to take a backhand around around the mouth every now and then to relieve some of their pain I would do it.

I am not advocating domestic violence just hoping that something positive can be found in a difficult situation.

@HCP Bradley plays terrific defense so the next time we sign someone who plays his caliber of defense I promise not to complain about the price.

The Big C is tough to go through and even tougher for the young ones. I hope your half brother gets to enjoy some aspects of life.

I know you hate to miss an opportunity to engage in a little snarkiness, but you are aware that the July moratorium is underway in the NBA right now, no? With a few exceptions, teams can't sign anybody until July 10th. Livingston reportedly has agreed to terms with the Warriors, but a contract can't be signed until next week.
