I was trying to work out why Briscoe didn't play summer league. Turns out he did... barely. He just about averaged double figure minutes in 6 games for Philly (2 in Utah, 4 in Vegas).

hey isn't Napier lebrons boy? How about Napier, Connaughton, and the TPE for Shumpert? Cavs could use a PG since IT is out until January. They have Calderon but he's whatever. Move would save the Cavs about 6.5m. We improve our bench while keeping Briscoe and Morrow.

This is obviously a premature idea. But if Briscoe plays well this preseason it's something to think about.

Problem is he doesn't profile well with either Dame or CJ and one of those two is always on the court. Tough to find him a role on this team imo
