Never used the site.

Never will.

Saturation doesn't mean a good (or legit) product.

look at the NFL.

When you bet and how much isn't chance.

but whenever you do bet and however much you bet begins the action potential of chance. All the other time is just blegh blah blegh.

I love playing on both sites and I play a lot on them. Their rediculous commercials and name being plastered everywhere made me want to stop playing something I find quiet fun, 1 commercial every damn commercial break is to damn much.

From the article the companys dont let their own employees play on their own site and since both Draftkings and Fanduel have slightly different roster construction and scoring as well as different ways of determining a players starting salary, then any info Draftkings had would would be almost useless on Fanduel.
If employees are giving out information to other people that aren't supposed to have it then thats a huge issue and needs to be dealt with. The fact both sites run with almost no regulations is a little disturbing.
Doesnt seem like the writer of this article ever played on either site but if this removes or at least lessens the Ads these companys ram down our throats then I will stand up and cheer this journalists name.

If im not mistaken, the poker sites drew the ire of law enforcement because they set up offshore avoiding taxes?

If these draft guys are paying their tithe they will likely continue to get a free pass.

I dont recall that but since they were online there was a huge issue with taxes.
The big issue was one of the bigger ones (fulltiltpoker) was using the funds deposited by players to pay salaries and as a giant piggy bank for the full tilt higher ups. At one point if I recall correctly they had less then 30% of the bankroll of players.
