Necessary Roughness

Above the Rim

Any Given Sunday

Blue Chips

I think Major League 1 might have been the funniest sports movie of all time.

Remeber the Titans and Necessary Roughness. Funny in part as football is my least favorite sport. In fact I'm indifferent to it.

-Petey

Ace Ventura - Pet Detective is the greatest sports movie and, perhaps, the greatest thriller of all-time. The "Die Dan Die" scene still gives me the creeps. "Laces out!!!"

Beyond a doubt.

Caddy Shack and Happy Gilmour.

The Natural, He Got Game, Eight Men Out, Hoosiers, Jerry Maguire.

Yeah Happy Gilmore is a good one.

No one mentions the best sports movie of all time? you guys suck....if you like baseball at all, go watch Bull Durham

My favorites are Hoosiers and Rudy. When I played ball in HS the coach put key parts of Hoosiers on during half time a couple of times and it got everyone pumped for the 2nd half.

The best part in Above the Rim is the last tournament when the big white is owning everyone in the background.

space jam.

love & basketball.

how could i forget about those 3 gems?

In no order

Slap Shot, Caddyshack, Glory Road, Bull Durham, Hoosiers, Raging Bull, Rocky, Breaking Away, Miracle, The Natural, Chariots of Fire, We are Marshall and The Pride of the Yankees

He Got Game, White Men Can't Jump, and Hoop Dreams are some of my favorites.

The Sandler movies are great. Love both Waterboy and Happy Gilmore. 8 Crazy Nights has some good basketball scenes in it as well. Including the technical foul song! "Fatty's team loses because I want to see him cry again" : D

Anyone watch the old old black and white Angels in the Outfield?
