Almost done with Sons of Anarchy. This is show is definitely a must see.

Was ready to start watching the whole series and am now not because how bad everybody said the final was. Refused to invest if the ending sucked.
If I told you that you could date the hottest woman you've ever seen for 4-5 years but she'd turn into a witch and you would break up with her would you turn her down? Dexter was that good, it just went downhill. Still worth watching.

Does anyone (who might come across this thread) still have Netflix with the DVD option anymore? Seems everyone has gone to streaming only (I am in that group that jumped ship long ago on getting the DVDs in the mail).

If I want a DVD I go to Redbox but I usually have no need for the physical DVD.

We actually pay for both as some stuff takes a while to get from DVD to streaming. But, I would be in favor of doing streaming only.

Redbox is a better option IMO.

The streaming is worth the money though.

I actually had a DVD/Blu Ray plan until about 2 months ago when I learned that I could only switch between Netflix regions for more content if I only had the streaming plan.

I never really used it when I had it though.

We still have the DVD version. I was under the impression (Mrs. bought it) that the DVD basically came free if I had the streaming service. We've "ordered" Argo and will get Anchorman next--neither are on Netflix.

Maybe on the old plan you got DVD for free with Steaming if you didn't cancel (I believe it was actually the other way around though, streaming free with DVD). There is no deals like that anymore, that I am aware of though. You can get just DVD, you can get just streaming, or you can get both but you are paying more for both..

It's something like $3.00 more for the DVD plan.

Argo and Anchorman are both on the Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway regions of Netflix.

Yup, and there are extensions for Chrome that will allow you to switch your VPN at the push of a button.

Didn't know that. I'll have a talk with Mrs. FromWA. Can you switch regions on the AppleTV settings, or do I need a VPN?

I think you need a VPN. The way I've done it is downloading an extension for chrome that allows me to choose which region I want my IP to show. I refresh Netflix and it thinks I'm in England, or Germany, etc.

Yeah I also think you need a VPN. Hola Unblocker is what I use for Chrome.

www.moreflicks.com is an awesome search engine that lets you choose where you want to search.

You act like you've never seen a severed head on a tortoise before.

I've been extremely impressed with Korean movies!

"I saw the devil" ...watch this.

This led me to look into movies that aren't on Netflix yet - check out:

Hugely popular in Korea this past year.
