No, a judge would never would have signed off on a search warrant for that. A Trump appointed US Attorney never would have asked a judge to sign off on that.

You haven't been paying attention. Corrupt judges have been signing baseless warrants for at least 3 years for the FBI. Corrupt judges have been making ridiculously wrong and anti-Constitutional "judgements" in any case brought against President Trump since he announced his run for President.

The FBI has already been exposed for falsifying evidence to obtain the very ridiculous FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page, and the warrant to raid Paul Manafort. In fact every warrant executed in Mueller's endless search for "collusion" are legally invalid as they all grew out of the original falsified evidence used to obtain the FISA warrant.

They have ignored subpoena after subpoena and court order after court order to turn over millions of documents that prove their crimes and the pot is about to boil over.

Rosenstein and Mueller are both going to end up in prison but will likely be fired first as Comey and McCabe were.

These are the same exact FBI agents who allowed Hilary to destroy 33,000 subpoenaed emails, hard drives, cell phones...and created a written exoneration of her crimes before even interviewing her. Gave immunity to her aides without receiving anything in return.

This is Mueller's last feeble gasp at damaging the President and he's been exposed as just another soldier of the deep state.

How would you know? Have you examined the (non-public) warrant request?

You do know that they have to show probable cause (not evidence) to a judge (not you)?

They have already been caught providing false testimony to the FISA court to get the original warrant.

Comey and McCabe have lied under oath numerous times and been caught and fired for it. They will be facing felony criminal charges soon, as will Rosenstein for certain and probably Mueller eventually. They are known liars, and "evidence" creators.

They also went far out of their way to find a personally-connected judge to give them a warrant they had no business asking for, and he will likely go down with them in the end.

Probable cause does not and cannot exist without evidence.

Funny they can spare dozens of agents to raid a lawyer's office on a blackmailing porn star's say-so, but can't spare them to obey subpoenas from Congress and court orders from Federal Judges relating to known evidence of felonies committed by The FBI against America.

I'm betting they found records of wrong doing that Cohen thought were untouchable.

You don't get a warrant to search a lawyer's office and home without \both evidence of significant wrong doing as well as evidence that the evidence of wrong doing would be destroyed if Cohen and Trump thought the government was about to seek that evidence of wrong doing.

It took two years of investigating to get Nixon. Mueller has been investigating Trump for about a year.
 
I am no fan of Trump, but I find it troubling that they can raid his office. Maybe all the docs will be viewed in camera (ie a judge will review and decide what is privileged and what is not privileged).
