I've been on the sign-Milos-Teodosic bandwagon for years. I doubt he'll ever come over, he rejected San Antonio last year and Memphis the year before. What he does -- shoot the outside shot with consistency and ability to finish at the rim is what I expect from CJ.

Should we be concerned about nics neck?they are icing it again.

"Diaw, Of all the French players looks a little tired"

Maybe because he played 105 games last season?

Are the players drinking water or is that some euro sports drink?

It looks like the Roxbury in there, hottie overload.

Lithuania has an endless supply of big beefy big men, like a sale on Big Macs. The announced attendance of 11,800 looked like 8000. Batum is not the best dribbler, so he protects the ball against his ribs during his last couple of steps on drives. As the best player on the Bronze Medal team, he should be on the All-Tournament team. Valanciunas had a great game for Lithuania.

Who's Batum swapping spit with at the end of this video?

It was all Irving, then all Harden and Cousins. Let Drummond and DeRozan in. Half-time 67-41 and they haven't played.

Go Mexican in Spain!

Chalupa Time, 100-65.

Fran the Colorman is yapping nonstop to fill time. Hate him.

Of course, Harden doesn't NEED to play defense.

I wonder if this is a better team than if they'd had all the stars, just because they felt they had to play AS a team and not defer to LeBron or Durant or whomever. Whatever it is, they've just annihilated everyone. (Who'da thought that Turkey would be the only one to put up any kind of resistance?)

Still a shame that they didn't get to play Spain, but the Spanish players might be secretly relieved, watching this.

I thought the game ended but it was the end of the 3rd quarter. It's been low-effort garbage time for both teams all through the 3rd.

So the Director told these 2 clowns to fill time. They're talking about nothing. I prefer they name player names for every little event even in garbage time.

Imagine you had to assemble a team to beat this US team, using (non-US, duh) players from this competition. Who would be on it? It might not just be the "best" players, because after all, Ayon had 25 against team USA, but there are probably 5 or 6 better centers in this competition.

Nic would probably be on it, as would Diaw. Dragic at PG? You'd have to have Pau Gasol, and maybe Ibaka (just for some athleticism). Dieng? Valanciunas (just so he can piss Boogie off and get him ejected)?

It's funny how all the talk WAS about Anthony Davis, but that's died down considerably.

D. Rose still has zero points. But we can't claim that this team regretted omitting Lillard...

Bjelica has 18 points. Wolves hold his rights - he's an interesting player.

They should make Harden buy a ticket to these games.

I'm not sure if this is official...

I'm also not sure Batum deserves to be on ahead of Diaw.

I'd go something like this:

Rubio / Barbosa
Dragic / Teodosic
Batum / Saric
Diaw / Ibaka
Dieng / Gasol

It's official, didn't you watch? The 5 all-tournament guys stood there and the head FIBA walked up with the MVP medal. I expected Faried, and when he put it on Irving, Irving broke out in a surprised smile. But in hindsight, Irving had the better championship game. Plus, the Establishment doesn't want to make a hero out of a long-hair.

I didn't watch - the score was too ridiculous too quickly.

Really, of course, they should have had at least 3 US players on that team, but it would have put too many noses out of joint. Notice that Anthony Davis was left off.
