Oregon 36
ISU 28

Cyclones gonna roll the Ducks today!

For reals though, does Oregon have good kick returners? Our special teams is awful. Our losses usually have to do with bad special team play.

Fun fact: Last year both the Ducks and Beavers were undefeated in bowl games!

Who's the QB? That's my only concern.
I think they'll handle the same way as the Pac 12 championship game. Shough will play most downs and Brown the crucial ones. If Shough happens to look like he is really "on", they might keep him in all the time.

Shough is a running threat w/rop

We play a 3-4-4 defense which is soft on the check downs and QB runs, but we tackle and contain yards after the catch well. A mobile QB can give us trouble as we don't send much pressure with only 3 down linemen typically.

as a Duck fan...pulling hard for a win, but....

I saw ISU play a game this year and they are legit. I think they will over-match the Ducks physically and win the LOS. They have a dynamite RB as well.

1st Q done

Duck D can't get off the field on 3rd down; ISU was 5-5 on 3rd downs that Q

game tied 7-7

I was just thinking a minute ago: This game will probably be decided by takeaways.

I finally got the game on. Wasn't able to watch the first quarter.

I kind of alluded to this in Duck's last game. I think they realized in the last month that Brown is a lot better than Shough, but they know Brown not coming back and Shough is.

Other than Oregon goal line stop both defense’s arr giving up big plays.

Looks like the ducks defense decided not to show up today.

Gonna be tough for the Ducks to come back; especially missing that linebacker who led the team in tackles. They need some turnovers.

The Oregon offense is averaging nearly twice as many yards per play as Iowa St. To your point, can Oregon stop shooting themselves in the foot and do better than 1 for 9 on opportunities to get ISU off the field. Putting a walk-on in for ISM is going to really hurt.

How do they figure Anthony Brown can come back next year. He is a senior, he played three years at Boston and one year here. Are there new rules?
