I miss my iFox smooth (or whatever it was called) theme . . .

Yeah none of my themes transferred (probably because they can't handle the new bookmark system), but I actually really like the default FF3 theme.

I'm excited to see what the outside developers can come up with.

I use Noia 2.0 Extreme, but Phoenity Reborn isn't too bad as a temporary replacement.

My favorite new plug-in is PicLens. It transforms your browser into a 3D audio and video display matrix. It's also linked to firefox's multi-search engine so you can google search, youtube, etc in full 3D

That's the far left end of a "Sean Williams" youtube search

View a facebook photo album in it. wowza
EDIT: or search "c4d" in a deviantart search in it for your next sig. Nice, huh?

I just added Stumble-on. It's ok, I don't know if I'll keep it around.

I've never been a huge fan of stumble upon.

You can make things similar to things from c4d with apophysis. Not as good, especially when you lack skills, plugins, and computer resources like me (512 RAM. Rendering takes 40 minutes, and all my system resources)
http://www.apophysis.org/

I just registered with the add-on page so that I can download some of the experimental plug-ins. I'm going to get rid of the gray browser and black it out (but keep the icons the same)

Also I've found a new love in FF3. While previously a new window would pop up that would ask you if you wanted to remember a password, FF3 just uses a status bar.

Yup, being a labs member is very nice.

Check out userchrome.css. Many awesome features (I have back button, forward, and stop button disappearing when there is no use, and the bookmark toolbar popping out when I mouse over.)

I highly recommend people who like to customize their appearance pick up Any Color

The best part of the plug in is that you can upload an image into your browser, or link to an image. Right now I have my sig in the right part of my browser (background to my search engines) but I could link stuff together to fill out the entire browser.

I'll check out userchrome

EDIT: I did a search for userchrome.css and couldn't find it. Do you have a link?

Wait, McAfee site advisor works with FF3? I must be an idiot . . .

I should update that now, methinks.

The best extension I've found is [video=youtube;kUm5VVrncDs].

It's supposedly named after a stream in Ireland. I know I wouldn't be able to live without it.

lol I was browsing and found an add-on that would display the name of the youtube video if you hovered your mouse over the youtube link. I passed on it.

Anybody else not too fond of the new address bar/pull-down thing?

I moved it to the end so it's off the screen. I guess I also could have deleted it.

How did you create your own background?

Yeah the Any Color extension allows you to change the back ground color without changing themes (note that all my icons are the default FF3). It also allows you to use a custom picture (either via a link on the internet, or from your harddrive).

So I did a printscreen, crop, and copy paste till I got an image that was the same color as the theme I was using. Booya

It's really easy, and doesn't require any computer knowledge (unlike this userchrome jazz)

And you can't get it because?
