Alright, so I fixed a major problem that everyone here should be aware of. It's a VERY simple fix.
Lately, I've been having problems with my IP address being banned here on SportsTwo. Not RipCityTwo, but the whole website.
The problem is easy to spot: it will come up with the basic SportsTwo format, and it will say that your IP address has been banned. And you can't sign out or do anything about it.
I addressed this with Sly through Twitter, and he assured me that it's not them. So I thought "hmm...then it must be me."
So it has worked off and on. Some days, I seem to have access to the forum, and others I don't. Just now, I experimented with a couple of add-ons that I have in Firefox, and I immediately found the problem:
Browsec. Disable this extension if you have it, and the forum will work just fine.
I've had this extension for a while now, and I'm not sure why it's suddenly decided to give me problems on this forum. But there you go.
I disabled Browsec and refreshed the page. Boom, problem solved.
I hope this helps. Let's spread the word on here if anyone else is having problems, and maybe a Sticky can be added up top.
