Per Wikipedia: In 2010 he made news for being caught opening an email containing a picture of partially nude women on his laptop during an abortion debate in the Senate. Bennett stated that the e-mail was sent to him by a former court administrator, and that prior to opening it he believed that it was related to the subject being deated on the Senate floor. Bennett stated that he closed the e-mail as soon as he realized what the content of it was, which is verified by the video.

OK, that's a plausible excuse. But I'd like to see him produce the email and show the title and how it was "related to the subject being debated...".
